We loved our stay during the Holiday

We stayed at this property over Christmas with our family . It was exactly as pictured . Very clean and spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked . The wrap around porch was amazing. We will definitely stay here again .

Property was as advertised

The condo is as pictured and very clean, plus we loved the safety of the location and its proximity to the pool. The only problem, though not a big deal is the inconvenience of having to call every day for trash pickup. While everyone we came in contact with at Florida Vacations was friendly Nicky stood out from them all, she was extremely patient with our requests and full of much appreciated friendly advice, we loved how she went over and above to assist us…..she’s the absolute best. Thank you Nicky

Things to Consider

*Nice window treatments, *Good location *Kitchen faucet leaks!!!!!! *Master bath sink is clogged *Light out in second bath and on microwave *Make trash removal practical (who wants trash inside door and a maintenance person coming in to pick it up?) We came over to the office twice to request pick up and no one came) Provide to guests: measuring cups, a map of Reunion, a map of the surrounding area, directions for TV system and channel listings.

Aircon didn’t work

Aircon didn’t work so it was very hot. Phoned the property managers and they gave me the impression that it would be fixed within three hours. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case so my two year old and I had a hit and sweaty night. The next day the property management company was very helpful and after a few complications offered us a new unit which was great and we had a great 2nd night

Great Location

The unit has many windows and a wrap around balcony that provided both sun and shade. The unit is in the Reunion Resort which is lovely, I have stayed at Reunion many times. On the first day when opening the blinds one fell down and on the second day the kitchen tap started to leak and would flood the counter top with each use. I had to call 3 times before someone came to fix things. Only the tap was fixed and two days later it started to leak again so I gave up. No one ever came to fix the blind. On the second call I was told "someone is coming today", no one came forcing me to call a 3rd time. A few of the lamps either didn't have bulbs or simply didn't work. During our 3 week stay the elevator broke down twice. Other than the above issues the unit was fine, the location was close to Grocery shopping and food options.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, aber....

Die Wohnung entsprach voll den Erwartungen, gross, sauber Die Lage insgesamt für Erlebnisse in Orlando war sehr gut, der Region Golf Club ist phantastisch angelegt. Das Personal beim Checkin war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit, aber .... Das elektronische Türschloss entwickelte ein Eigenleben weil nachträglich eingebaut und weil Tür und Schloss nicht miteinander harmonieren Es bedurfte ein Paar Tage und immer das mehrfacher Eingeben des Codes bis sich die Tür öffnete und der Schließprozess musste genauso korrekt und Tricky gemacht werden, sonst arbeitete das Schloss weiter vor sich hin ohne zu schließen. Das Anrufen zur Abholung von Müll ist aufwendig, Vacationhomes ist sehr nett und Müll wird schnell abgeholt, aber man muss anrufen, hängt mindestens 5 Minuten in der Warteschleife und man muss immer seine ID parat haben.Die Sauberkeit des Pools nebenan war nicht gut, zu wenig Poolreinigung, höchsten einmal pro Woche, die Toiletten am Pool werden zwar täglich gereinigt, sind aber veraltet und deshalb noch kurzer Zeit wieder verschmutzt. Man ist am grossen Hauptpool besser aufgehoben.

The condo was beautifully decorated and cleaned. I really enjoyed our stay there. It was in a quiet location and pool just across the condo. I would definitely stay there again.

The check in was terrible! Went to Resort Grande and nobody could direct us to where we check in. Finally, we found the off site office and they were very helpful. Need more explicit information on how to check in. We arrived at gate that did not allow us to enter. He whole checkin process was a mess. Cleaners showed up on Wed unannounced! Walked into our Villa! Very upsetting ! We were there unti Fri. Our Villa was spacious, clean , good amenities. We enjoyed having pool across the street . One last point; we were told the shuttle did not come to the Terraces area. Unless we rented a golf cart, which was expensive, no way to get over to Spa., etc.( I was without a car during the day) These things should be communicated to the renter.. Better communication overall would help our stay be more enjoyable.
