Upon entering step through the inviting foyer into a spacious layout designed for relaxation and enjoyment. To the right, you'll find two guest bedrooms, each with its own bathroom—perfect for family or friends. To the left, a luxurious king bedroom awaits, accompanied by a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The newly expanded master bedroom is a true sanctuary with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom, offering views of the lagoon and abundant wildlife.

The heart of the home boasts a newly renovated open-concept living space with:
- A modern kitchen with bar seating, perfect for connecting with loved ones
- A cozy living room adorned with coastal decor, featuring two comfortable sofas and an entertainment-ready TV
- A dining area with seating for eight that opens onto a screened-in back patio, ideal for al fresco dining or enjoying morning coffee

Unwind in Your Private Hot Tub:
One of the standout features of 24 Shell Ring is its private hot tub, where you can relax and soak under the stars while overlooking the tranquil lagoon and the vibrant local wildlife. Whether you've spent the day on the beach or exploring scenic bike trails, this cozy haven invites you to unwind at any time of day or night.

Recreational Oasis:
Downstairs, the converted garage transforms into a recreational haven, featuring:
- Beach essentials for your seaside adventures
- A ping-pong table, foosball table, and dartboard for endless fun
- An additional full-size refrigerator for all your refreshments

Bedding Configurations:
- Master Bedroom: King bed with en-suite bathroom
- Bedroom 2: Queen bunk beds with private bathroom
- Bedroom 3: Queen bunk beds with private bathroom
- Bedroom 4: King bed with hall bathroom

Carolina Place is a quiet residential neighborhood that comprises of about 50% permanent residents, 20% rentals and 30% second homes. The neighborhood includes a gorgeous swimming pool and hot tub (Open April 1-Sept. 30), new outdoor gas grills, sauna, steam room as well as tennis and pickleball courts for guests use. All homes are situated around 2 lagoons.Bike or drive to Sea Pine's newly updated Beach Club, Harbour Town, South Beach Marina or one of the areas many golf courses. You can also enjoy horseback riding and the petting zoo at Sea Pines' Lawton Stables.
The beach is a short 15 minute scenic bike ride away as you travel alongside the lagoon, canal and nature preserve.

Greenwood Gate is a mile away, making it easy to drive or bike to the grocery stores and local restaurants. The airy feeling inside, and secluded lagoon views make this property the perfect tranquil getaway after a day spent enjoying all that Hilton Head Island has to offer.

Included supplies:
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and garbage bags.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *

Car Passes:– Sea Pines requires a car pass for each approved vehicle. Passes are $10/day or $20/week per vehicle (be sure to state you are staying in SeaPines). These must be purchased at the gate, cash only.
