Communication with owners was timely and clear. The unit was very clean, the refrigerator was very cold and the freezer had plenty of ice. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Although noise from the hallway was easily heard, the complex was usually pretty quiet

The place was exactly as advertised. We had a great stay!! The only thing, the floors really needed a through mopping. They'd clearly been swept well, everything looked very clean, but our feet got very dirty walking around inside. But that was clearly a one-off, everything else was perfectly lovely.

Great location. We loved the pool area. On site restaurants have great food and friendly service. Only unfortunate experience was our check in, woman at the desk was not very friendly or helpful.

You ONLY pick up the resort pass at the front desk. The front desk does not handle your check-in . Your check-in instruction were given in an email that you received 1-2 weeks prior to your arrival. Your key code and all information you needed were included in it. It is very helpful that VRBO renters read the information provided.

Wonderful stay! Smooth check-in, clean condo, perfect beach location. The owner was so kind and even let us add an extra day with no problem. We’d gladly stay here again! Plus highly recommend the pizza place on sight!!

Exceptional beach access

We really enjoyed our stay. Access to beach was incredible and amenities in the community were excellent. Condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked with everything we needed. Grounds were very well maintained! Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo

This condo was very clean and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay. Condo had everything we needed. The included beach chairs were a nice bonus. Owner was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo

This place was a perfect location for a quick mother/daughter getaway. The check in process was easy. Beach chairs and other beach toys were also available. The condo was clean and the porch was a great place to sit and read a book.

HHI Stay

We have been vacationing at Hilton Head for 25 years. We love the large beaches , biking, tennis, golf, sea life, fishing, crabbing and the wonderful seafood restaurants. The coast is always changing and is different every year. We also have a 2 bedroom villa at Palmetto Dunes VRB0# 1803545

We choose this property because it had everything we were looking for in a Villa. We have rented many different villas in different areas all over the island and we keep coming back to Hilton Head Beach and Tennis. This villa has an ocean view and a wonderful ocean breeze you can experience sitting on the balcony-it is not blocked by other villas-it is 4 villas back from the ocean and 3rd floor no one above you. It is VERY CLOSE to the beach and easy walk-100 yards. Down the steps and you at the board that takes you to the beach. It also has an ELEVATOR!!! The mid island location makes it easy to get off the island and to explore the surrounding areas. The location is central to anything you may want to see and do on the island.
