Let us know in advance so we can make sure you have enough beds.You will be mere minutes away from Wichita Falls and Sheppard Air Force Base with everything you need to have a great stay. With plenty of parking and plenty of beds, this spacious 4 bedroom home is equipped for contractors, families, and anyone in need of some extra space.Built for convenience, there is direct access to highway 44 and many of the appliances are brand new. Enjoy your restful, productive stay!

Perfect stay for visiting our Airman!

Brought the family up from Houston to celebrate our Airman's birthday weekend. The house has plenty of room to spread out, even for 4 adults. It's super easy to get to, the neighborhood is quiet, and the owners/management are very responsive and helpful. We don't have small children, but for anyone who does, there's a swingset and a trampoline (with safety net) in the backyard. Very nice stay!

Weekend in Burkburnett

The stay was okay overall. We loved how easily accessible the location was to the highway and how close it was to SAFB. Check-in was super easy, and we appreciated that the host reached out mid-stay to check in on us. It was also great that they added TVs to the rooms as requested!However, the cleanliness and upkeep weren’t quite what we expected compared to other stays in the area. There were stains on the comforter and pillow (one even had what looked like blood), a broken closet door, taped kitchen trim, and the trampoline was not accessible due to the overgrown brush. The backyard hadn’t been cut in a while, there was a hole in the front bathroom door, and the bedroom carpets had some stains. We also found socks under the couch, which made it seem like the place might be lived in during the week and flipped quickly for guests.Additionally, there was no iron (just an ironing board), and the kitchen was pretty minimal compared to other fully stocked properties we’ve stayed at.We didn’t spend much time here, so it was fine for what we needed, but the home felt rushed compared to other rentals in the area.
