The Space:
Great Room – Smart TV, electric fireplace, and full-wall glass accordion doors opening to a lake-view balcony. Includes a queen sofa bed.
Kitchen & Dining – Fully stocked with modern appliances, a built-in ice maker, and a pantry. The dining table seats 8-10 and flows into the great room.
Main Balcony – Seating for 4, a swinging birdcage chair, gas BBQ, Traeger smoker, fire pit, and spiral stairs to the pool. Built-in sound system.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Primary Suite – King bed, Smart TV, private balcony, walk-in closet, and spa-like bath with a double walk-in shower, dual vanities, makeup counter, and water closet.
Main Floor Office/Bedroom – Queen sofa bed, fold-out twin, desk, walk-in closet, and lake views. Attached full bath with shower.
Secondary Bedroom 1 – Queen bed, Smart TV, chair, and attached bath with tub/shower.
