Also, in this extra bonus room there are built-in twin sized bunk beds for extra sleeping space. The second bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a glass walk in shower. There is also a third bedroom upstairs with Queen Bed and en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds and a jack n' jill bathroom with shower/tub combination that opens up to the bonus living space. There is a perfect spot for everyone in your group. Guest Access:
Guests will be able to access the entire property, pool and upper deck of the boat dock. Boat lift and slip is not available.

It's located on the Llano arm of Lake LBJ & right next to the popular Boat Town Burger Bar in the heart of Kingsland.

Getting Around:
House is just minutes away from the Kingsland Community Public Boat Ramp, HEB, and several local restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
Exterior Security Cameras located on property.

Pets are not allowed at this property!

Additional Fees:
There is an additional fee to heat the pool. We do require 24 notice prior to reservation to heat the pool. Please inquire for pricing.

This pool uses a heat pump. Heat pumps capture heat from the surrounding air to heat the pool water. The pumps are designed to raise the temperature of a pool up to the ideal swimming range, between 78 – 82 degrees Fahrenheit and can take between 24-72 hours to reach max temperature.

Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $65 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
