Downstairs consists of a living room, kitchen and a half bathroom along with a master bedroom on the first floor with a bathtub. The French doors lead to a deck/yard. There is a BBQ grill for your use.

Upstairs has three bedrooms. One of the rooms is a master room with a private balcony. The other two bedrooms have their own access to a shared balcony and a full bathroom with a walk in shower.

* The upstairs of the home has recently been remodeled along with some upgrades downstairs. We are still waiting on some furniture to be delivered. The house will be complete by your summer stay!

* There is a fourth bedroom upstairs that will remain locked during your stay. It is our own personal storage. The shed will also remain locked during your stay. Any Beach essentials left out are for your use.
