Plus, there's an additional office space with a cozy sofa bed for extra flexibility. Large garden for children to play. Well appointed kitchen with all cutlery. Excellent stay, very accomodating in terms of essentials provided . Spacious. Warm and inviting . Convient location, walk way to view of Baylys beach . 30 minutes from Kai Iwi Lakes . Would definitely book again in future, and recommend to family and friends. Thanks so much .

Everything was good except that the TV did not cast as it was too old and the bedroom configuration was not helpful for adults sharing living accommodation, i.e. two of the bedrooms were accessed by going through the other room with sleeping accommodation. It would have been helpful to know this for privacy reasons for our group. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay and were very happy.
