Decor is dated and quirky - and not ideal for anyone fussy.

> Lounge that can sleep two on the settee
> Conservatory that can sleep three on couches
> Huge upstairs main bedroom with Queen bed, and 2 x Double-Single bunk-beds, plus from Jan 2026 onwards also 2 x Single-Single bunk-beds
> Smaller attic bedroom up half a flight of stairs from the main bedroom, with 2 x Single Beds (that can be pushed together to be made up as a SuperKing size bed).
> 2 x Couches in the old conservatory off the downstairs lounge that can also be used as beds as a makeshift 3rd bedroom (not suitable for fussy guests).
> Bathroom with shower, washing-machine & tumble-dryer. Separate toilet.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Bookings for the first 8 guests are based on sharing the 4 x Queen/Double Beds.
[If any of the first 8 guests don't wish to share a bed, Extra Beds are available at $40/Bed per stay]

BOOKING UP TO 21 GUESTS:
The AirBNB system only facilitates for reservations up to 16 guests, so beyond that we need to create a Money Request in their system, for the Extra Guest cost of $35pp/night.
Groups of such size are really only suitable for a couple of nights (remembering there are only two showers and two toilets). But the place is well suited for smaller groups for longer stays.
