Nicely located apartment for town & transport links (to NY etc) that was always warm despite the colder weather days. Nice shower, appreciated the coffee machine, WiFi, TV, dishwasher, comfortable bed and calming ambience. Loads of clothes hanging space (but only one coat hanger, oddly). An 'info sheet' re WiFi password, recycling/rubbish disposal etc would be helpful.

Wir waren so begeistert vom Appartement und der Lage, dass ich es bereits Freunden weiterempfohlen habe. Das Appartement ist total gemütlich, sauber und der Gastgeber hat auf Fragen sofort und sehr freundlich reagiert. Man ist schnell mit der Path in Manhattan und hat auf dem kurzen Weg zur Path Station eine großartige Sicht auf die Skyline. Der Stadtteil ist sehr schön und wir hatten immer ein absolut sicheres Gefühl.

Conveniently located near the NY ferry. Quiet neighborhood and close to a bounty of restaurants. Host was quick to respond to questions and kept in touch to make sure everything was going well. With it being NY adjacent and plenty of places to eat, coffee is available in the morning, but there is nothing to add to it, so you'll have to bring everything... sugar, spices and anything else you need to cook, if you plan on staying in. Would definitely stay again.

Extremely comfortable apartment. My test is simple…I walk barefoot on wood floor and if my feet come up dirty then it is not super clean. This apartment is super clean. It had all the necessities. The location was perfect. The area was vibrant and alive and the apartment was a perfect place to wind down. I would be happy for my mother to stay there…it’s that good! Every text to the host was promptly and thoroughly answered. I could not have asked for a better place.

Stayed at AJ’s Cozy Corner this past weekend for a quick visit to Hoboken. Centrally located near Steven’s Institute and off Washington St (main street in Hoboken). Able to get around without a car anywhere in the one mile square within a 10-15 minute walk. The place was surprisingly roomy and clean. Perfect for our visit!
