Located in Country Club Shores close to St. Armands Circle and downtown Sarasota, this quiet, three bedroom home offers beach proximity as well as dining, shopping and a vibrant art scene.

Beach access: <10 min. walk to a beautiful, white sandy beach
St. Armands Circle: 5 min. by car
Downtown Sarasota: 10 min. by car

We are not a rental company. We are a local family that is excited to share our beautiful home with you, so if you need anything during your stay, we are only a short walk away.

The kitchen is royally stocked, including all the Pampered Chef pots, pans and toys you could possibly need (please take good care of them!)

No stairs, no steps.

We have a bike, beach chairs and coolers available. If you need more bikes or anything else, please don't hesitate to request.

Pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis with a $300 non-refundable pet fee.
