My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay at perfect imperfection. The property was just as described and very clean upon arrival. There were beach chairs at the property and umbrellas. The beds were so comfortable and cozy! We had an absolute blast!!

This beach week was one I won’t forget! We loved our beach access and historical home.

We loved this Pawleys Island historic beach house which is full of character and charm. The owners are to be commended for bringing this one back to life. Well equipped and a great location on a silky fine sandy wide beach. One small caution..Those with mobility or balance issues will need to be attentive when making their way over the dunes. The upstairs, downstairs bedroom arrangement made for great privacy for family members. Owner was over the top responsive when one small and short-lived mechanical issue happened. The house was wonderfully reminiscent of the beach house we stayed in as kids and this trip made for some great memories.

The Pawley's Island location was outstanding! The cottage was adorable and we felt that we were revisiting our grandparent's home....very cozy! The bedrooms had very comfortable bedding and lovely linens. The most difficult thing to address was scaling the dunes to the beach. It was nice to have the walkway to reach the beach but it stops at the dune line and if you have any balance issues or are elderly, you must walk to the Third St. public entrance to access the lovely shoreline. This was an easy walk from the cottage @ 4-5 houses down the street :) a minor issue! Overall, a joyful home that we shared with family and enjoyed another memory maker summer vacation together :) It was like a big "hug" from grandmother!
