Just a quick stroll from Broadway, you’ll be smack dab in the middle of all the action. Dive into legendary live music spots, soak up those iconic Nashville vibes, and dance the night away to the rhythm of Music City! Craving some mouthwatering Southern eats? You’re steps away from the best. Ready to explore? Boutique shopping and hidden gems are right around the corner. This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s your backstage pass to an unforgettable Nashville experience!
★ First Bedroom: King-size bed, smart TV, spacious walk-in closet, and private en-suite bathroom.
★ Second Bedroom: King-size bed, smart TV, large walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and access to the private patio.
★ Third Bedroom: King-size bed, smart TV, and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the fourth bedroom.
★ Fourth Bedroom: Four (4) queen-size beds in a robust bunk bed arrangement with smart TVs. It also shares bathroom facilities, including a double vanity, walk-in shower, and closet space.

This condo is located on the 5th floor of the 6-story Hyve building. At Hyve, you can enjoy the comforts of a luxury condo and its amenities – concierge, security presence, a seasonal pool, a 24/7 state-of-the-art gym, a co-working space, and more – while being positioned only four blocks away from Broadway. You can spend your stay exploring the riches of downtown Nashville without ever needing to step into a car, or you can gather friends and family together to enjoy Hyve’s lounge areas, community grills, and views of the city and Hyve's pool from the unit’s private balcony. This spacious unit also includes a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with coffee, tea, and condiments, along with a dining table to enjoy homemade meals. 🅿️ Unit comes with dedicated Parking space #44 🅿️
The building offers a free, secured parking garage on the upper level for guests and owners, with 34 spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis (we kindly ask to limit to one vehicle per reservation). An on-site paid public parking garage can be found on the lower level. In this public garage, Hyve guests can park for a flat rate of $20 when they scan the QR code in the elevators. Free street parking is also available. EV Charging is now available in both garages.
🧳 Complimentary luggage storage is available with our on-site concierge, 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cleaners cannot hold luggage inside units.
Our neighbor, Tennessee Brew Works, can hold luggage for free (if you buy a drink or food), starting at 10 am for guests who need storage.
🔒 Smart locks are utilized through the Latch App. Guests will be invited to download the app before their stay. An email is required on file for Latch access.
👮♂️ Security is present on-site daily from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. No security during the day on Saturday and Sunday.
🌐 High speed Wi-Fi is available for free in all units and all common areas, including a lounge/co-working space that is perfect for remote work.
🏊🏼 A seasonal pool is open March 1 through the end of October, every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The pool is heated during cooler months. The courtyard closes at 10:00 p.m. The gym is open 24/7.

While the building features excellent soundproofing, some noises may be audible, such as other guests, sirens, nearby freight trains, music, and construction. Earplugs are provided, and the building observes quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. However, noise-sensitive guests may prefer a location further from downtown. (This specific unit faces 7th Ave, away from the train tracks, but guests may hear noise from music venues at night.)

- For same day bookings, we reserve the right to push the checkin time to 6:00 PM
- Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
- Parking is on a first come first serve basis in the garage. Additional public parking is located by Blue Man Records, and free street parking can be found in the neighborhood.
- Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint.
- No parties allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
- For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
- No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 and 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
- Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay.
- For guest's safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property.
- For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.
* Like any downtown locations, noise can be expected from construction, trains, sirens, etc. We do not recommend downtown Nashville to travelers who can be sensitive to noise, or to homelessness.
