Exceptional condo listing in KC Crossroads. This historic remodel is everything that you could expect. Close to Union Station, this was original to the Safeway building and contains the original cement beams, 12 ft. ceilings, concrete floors with the original stamps for the original storage bins. We've in added amazing wood beams, a beautiful vanity, a new super fast slide-in range, new tall kitchen cabinetry, an art gallery-like hallway and even a remodeled closet! There is a desk with monitors, streaming 4k TV, and a dedicated dining area. One of the best historic lofts in KC!

KC native - live in Denver. Enjoy remodeling and upgrading. This property has been especially fun with the tall ceilings and creating a property that is the best of old and new.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
KC Crossroads is one of the best neighborhoods in Kansas City. It is literally restaurant row - with many mexican restaurant staples such Manny's, Ponaks, etc. Also the wonderful Lydias and Jackstack are steps away. Beautiful and historic Union Station is right there also which connects by bridge to Crown Center.
Venues include TMobile, Heartland. the World War 1 musuem. and the Kaufman Center. For lively night life there are bunch of options that depend on your taste.
This is the Crossroads ARTS district and you will many unique galleries and check out First Fridays.
The newer rail takes you to River Market and very soon to the Plaza.
This is the Freighthouse Lofts and combined with Union Station this is a piece of history.
Venues include TMobile, Heartland. the World War 1 musuem. and the Kaufman Center. For lively night life there are bunch of options that depend on your taste.
