Located two blocks from Main Street, this brand new guest home puts you right near the center of Woodland's Downtown Historic District and is just 15 minutes from the Sacramento International Airport and UC Davis. In addition to the convenient location, several amenities are provided to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

To ensure your comfort and convenience some of the amenities include:

-Tempur-Pedic beds in each room

-Fiber internet with 500mbps upload/download speed

-Samsung Split Hvac system with a unit in each room to quickly cool or heat the space

-Smart TVs in each room

-Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts and Peet's coffee

-Bigelow teas (Perfectly Mint, Lemon Lift, Earl Grey, English Teatime, Constant Comment and Vanilla Chai)

-Creamers (original, French vanilla and hazelnut), and an assortment of sugars/sweeteners

Unbelievably clean unit well-equipped and perfectly organized kitchen, lots of extra blankets and pillows, very well designed. Quiet neighborhood and very private. Would absolutely stay there again.

This little place was wonderful. All of the finishing touches were so nice and so accommodating. The unit is separate from the owners home and so quiet. The mattresses in both bedrooms were very comfy. I will definitely book for my next Woodland visit to see family! JulieSalem, OR

This cottage was immaculate & had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable & bath towels plush! Curtis was fantastic to work with & very responsive. The location was perfect for us & we loved having the Nugget Market within walking distance. We will definitely book again.

The home was very wonderful, we enjoyed our stay and the restaurant that the home owner recommended were delicious. I came to stay to visit family, if I come down again, I do hope they will be available again :)

This place is a gem. The hosts are very quick to reply and very nice. The location was close to other family and the reason we chose it along with it being a fantastic price and it being new, clean, great amenities.

Exactly how Curtis described this home, once we arrived, we felt right at home and the atmosphere was just a whole vibe. Everything was organized and well put together, felt like we were genuinely welcomed by the host and most of all, the privacy! Would definitely book again in this cozy, comfy, nice community called Woodland with Curtis! 10/10.

We had 2 couples and it was very clean and nice! It is not large, but just the right size for us. We were gone most of the day touring the area and San Francisco and Sacramento and gold rush towns.

Best little home

This lovely little home was amazing very clean comfortable. Best little spot will definitely stay again if im ever over on this side of California being that I traveled from Oregon this made my trip 100% times more comfortable and better.

The house was located in a quiet residential neighborhood and was perfectly clean and well equipped. Curtis was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the plethora of tea bags and hot water kettle since we are not coffee drinkers, but if you were, you’d be well taken care of. Thank you for sharing your guest house with us.

The property is beautifully done, clean, and has everything one would need. I stayed here for one night so I could get ready for graduation and I really appreciated that the host emphasized to enjoy your stay, don’t make a mess, but to leave the cleaning to them. This made an exciting but stressful day easier to manage by not having to worry about extra check out steps. I would book here again! Thanks for making my grad day convenient!
