The condo was very nice. The view of the beach was fantastic! We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working the whole week we were there and they even had the door locked to where you could not get to the pool on a few of the days.

Nice, clean, close to activities. Only small thing my wife and I noticed was the lack of towel hooks for the hallway bathroom.Would definitely stay here again.

Host communicated quickly and answered all questions. 12th floor view was excellent. Unit was clean except for the hallway. Two young grand children crawling in the hallway had black hands, knees, and feet. The convenience of the luggage carts leaves behind a lot of dirt when brought into the unit. The front door door jam needs repair. Overall we had a great time. The reserved beach chairs made beach time more enjoyable.

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life! We appreciate the 5-star review and are glad our communication, the 12th-floor view, and the reserved beach chairs helped make your stay enjoyable. Sorry about the hallway dirt and the front door jamb — we’ve reported both to building management and our housekeeping team so they can address cleaning and maintenance. We appreciate the feedback and look forward to welcoming you back.

The condo was fantastic, our family loved it. The ocean view was amazing, it was very clean, and several restaurants & shops were within walking distance. The building only has 2 elevators, which made wait times long. In the amenities, the condo listed hair dryers (I have a screen shot of it), but there are no working hair dryers at the condo. Liquid life did not provide one when I called (on multiple occasions). I was told on 2 occasions someone would get back to me, but I did not receive any communication, unless I initiated it. This may not seem like a big deal, but when 3 women staying at the resort did not bring hair dryers because we thought they were provided, it was very frustrating, especially when you are told they will get back to you, and they don't.

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life! We appreciate your 5-star review and are glad your family loved the condo — the ocean view, cleanliness, and walkable restaurants and shops. I’m very sorry about the long elevator waits and, especially, the missing/non-working hair dryers and the follow-up lapses you experienced. That fell short of our standards. We’ve flagged this with our property team to verify the amenity listing, restock/replace hair dryers, and improve our response procedures so requests are handled promptly. Please use the Vrbo message thread for any future needs so we can address them quickly. We hope to welcome you back soon.

First night lost my car key fob. No one to report it to except security who were amazing. Liquid life did text me the next day Easter Sunday, The listing advertised hair dryers, There was one mounted on the wall in each bathroom but neither worked. Reported this to liquid life host. Never heard back. One of the bedroom TV’s lost picture after the first night of a 5 night stay. This also was never addressed. I paid for a luxury stay but the management team failed to address any of my concerns which I followed up on every day. One week after returning home the key fob was found but they would only send it to me if I gave them 45. I had already paid 425 for a genetic one to use. Liquid Life is a very poor management company.

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life. I’m very sorry your stay fell so far short of expectations. I apologize the hair dryers and TV were not working and that your requests went unanswered—this is not the experience we aim to provide. We appreciate security’s assistance and will escalate your feedback to our operations and maintenance teams to investigate the communication breakdown and review how the key fob return and any fees were handled. Your comments will be used to make immediate improvements. Again, I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
