Hi Johnna, Thank you for the review. We are so happy to hear you loved our 903 unit. The Owner really has put some extra love into the unit for their guests. Unfortunately, it is peak season at the beach and like most resorts in PCB overcrowded tends be the only down fall. But who can blame them with the sugar sand and emerald waters. We would love to have you as our guest again anytime of the year. Warm wishes, Nikki with Vacation Life Properties

Thank you so much Lucy for the wonderful review and five star rating! We are so pleased to hear everything was perfect for your stay! We can not wait for you to book with us again soon! Best Wishes-VLP

Thanks again for your review on our condo. Glad to hear the condo had everything you needed for your stay with us. Glad you enjoyed the beautiful condo and the layout. Sorry to hear about the slow elevators. Summer is a very busy season and this causes congestion. We try to suggest to our guest to use the elevators during the non peak times of the day to help with the congestion. Thanks again for your feedback. Hope to see you again on your next beach vacation.

Thank you so much for the review of your stay with us! We're so glad to hear everything was to your liking and hope you made some wonderful memories. Please come back to stay with us again soon! - Vacation Life Properties

Thanks for your review on our condo. I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with the Shores of Panama. It is a large building and summer can be a very busy time for vacationers. This unfortunately causes crowds and congestion. This unit is unable to have a table but the bar area in the kitchen offers a great place to eat during your stay. We hope you enjoyed the gorgeous views and spent most you vacation out on the amazing beach front. Thanks again for your feedback.

Thank you for the feedback Melissa. We are so glad you enjoyed the location and the beautiful beaches. We are sorry for the bad cleaning. Vacation Life Properties prides ourselves on 5 star condos and take the happiness of our guests personally. We have addressed this issue with our contracted cleaners. They have hired more inspectors and fired the cleaner that was supposed to clean this unit. We hope you stay with us again at one of our many locations.

Hey Tracy, Thanks so much for the 4 stars and review! We are so glad you and your family enjoyed the beautiful view, we apologize that the resort staff was not very helpful or nice, we will reach out on your behalf to file a complaint as we strive to treat our guests with the utmost respect and we hold the resort accountable to that as well! We would love to have you guys back again on your next fun filled vacation! Best Wishes, VLP

Hi Megan, thank you so much for taking your time to provide your review and feedback for improvement. We will pass your note along to the owner regarding the appliances and I've reached out to the cleaner to remind them to remove all food during cleaning, as well as ensuring all the tvs work and have the right remotes. We're so glad you enjoyed your stay despite these small challenges and we look forward to having you stay with us again soon! Best, Vacation Life Properties

Thank you for staying with Vacation Life Properties and we look forward to having you book with us again!

Hi, Emily! We are so sorry to hear that you had issues with the resort staff. Unfortunately we only manage the condo and not the resort, but we do encourage you to reach out to them and let them know of the issues you ran into so that they are aware and can address them. We do make every effort to make our guests aware that elevator wait times can be extensive at this large resort, especially during peak times. We do hope we can book you again soon! Best wishes from VLP!

Hi Heather, thank you for providing your review. We certainly understand that you were disappointed in the condition of the condo and we want you to know that we are too. That is not how we do business, nor do we promise someone will be out when they won't. In this instance, the cleaner responsible said she was coming, but then said she couldn't come until the morning. I understand they did come with all new linens, cleaned the floors, and all other cleaning concerns. Those sheets should never have been used and I've addressed this with the cleaners once again that if they see anything on the sheets at all to report it and we will promptly take new ones to them while they are cleaning. All that said, we know that was not what you were expecting or deserved, and for that, we greatly apologize. We are glad you enjoyed the location and view of the condo, which is stunning. With regard to the resort staff, we're afraid that is beyond our control, but we are happy to report they are now under new management. We are hoping that will improve their quality of staff on site. Again, we do apologize for the issues during your stay and take this feedback for improvement very seriously. We hope you'll return to one of our many resorts on the beach to see how we take these opportunities to level up to create a better guest experience. Sincerely, Vacation Life Properties
