The rental is located on the full 3rd floor of a mixed-use building built in 1892. Lovingly renovated, the rental has great amenities and provides a contemporary space within a gorgeous historic property. Approximately 2,000 sq ft in size, you'll have lots of private space during your stay. The primary entrance and exit is through the front stairwell. A second stairwell is available for emergencies. Parking can be made available just off-site.

Once you've walked home from a fantastic day out, you'll snuggle into the luxury of Boll & Branch sheets, Lincove pillows, and a 100% cotton bathrobe. Setting up the closets is a breeze with wooden hangers, jewelry storage, a steam iron, and a GE laundry machine. The enormous spa bath features a seating bench, a large sink counter and medicine cabinets, and a soaking tub and shower with space for two. If you need to tackle work emails, you'll easily move through meetings at the office desk and can use the office supplies and printer to complete your project. The office space holds a gorgeous white Boucle West Elm couch, which folds out into a comfortable bed for a fifth person with additional closet and storage space. Guests can get in a quick workout in the private gym area or just chill out on the couch in front of the Samsung Frame TV with a premium cable package and streaming channels.
