Wonderful View & Place

We loved this place! It was perfect for us with enough space for privacy for us as a couple as well as our friend. The view of the bay was gorgeous and it faced the sunset which we loved. The only issue we had was with the miscommunication on the linens. Although it was quickly sorted out, we also find it inconvenient that the lack of linens was not listed on VRBO from what I read. As we flew there, bringing linens would not have happened and with their office hours being limited it was a little concerning. Overall still absolute recommend this place. Spacious, beautiful views, clean, and great location.

Great trip

We were very pleased with the property and had a wonderful trip. The listing accurately described everything about the rental, and we had no issues while we were there. The walk to the ocean was a bit longer than my kids liked, but we were able to drive and find parking near the beach without any issue.

Love Pintail Point!! Location is absolutely perfect! Sunsets, thunderstorms and being away from all the hustle and bustle of the beach!

Great Upgrades

Everything I had concerns about from last yea were all corrected. Be patio doors, blinds, A/C units and lights that worked!! We have been staying at Pintail Point for several years and due to this we will continue to do so!!!

A REAL Review

There’s a review from August 2021 that is spot on! I called this mgmt co 3 wks prior to my stay to confirm all would be fixed. Well it wasn’t. The blinds downstairs are missing 15 slats while upstairs is missing 7! What this means is the ac has to battle with bright afternoon sun and no naps because it’s so bright. The condo needs a deep clean and renovation. Smelled like old smoke and mold when we walked in. The cleaning people hadn’t been there yet to cover up the smell! The lighting throughout the condo is very poor in the evening/night. I had to wash the mattress cover upon arrival. The light over the stove does not work and a lamp upstairs was broken but the mgmt condo couldn’t be bothered to call me back. I called twice upon entering the property. My advice is DONOT rent anything from Coastal and if you can cancel your plans for this condo do it ASAP! No need to stay in this semi dump when there are so many nicely renovated properties! Only good point is it’s a great view but the doors are broken so be ready to pull a muscle trying to open the sliding glass door. Forget the screen door. Broken! Imagine that! Take a pass on this property no matter what excuse the mgmt company has for you!

Needs updated and properly cleaned

Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was pet hair on furniture and floor. None of the kitchen lights worked. Ceiling fan did not work. Panels from blinds on patio doors missing to the extent that excessive heat came through doors from the sun. A/C units in large rooms need serviced or replaced as the rooms were 80+ degrees when unit was set at 70. Only comfortable room was downstairs bedroo. That was the only too. To put out cool air.

Our two week family vacation.

Nothing but beauty great place great stay if i had any negative input it would be because of the parking spot to close to the electric meters, wasn't chevy suburban friendly but it is a good thing they do give you two parking spots. This is the home away from home and maybe more, just come stay and see i promise you and your family will enjoy.
