Dining table that seats 8 and which offers expansive views. There are 4 beds (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Doubles) plus a futon and which comfortably sleeps the maximum number of occupants which is 8. There is climate-controlled air conditioning throughout that works great along with hi speed Wi-Fi , with separate modems for the front and rear thus assuring full connectivity throughout. Perfect for remote work with multiple working desks. All beds feature premium linens. The front balcony provides endless panoramic ocean views and gorgeous evening sunsets along with seating and a daybed. The rear balcony, which is accessed from each of the bedrooms, offers seating as well as panoramic breathtaking views of the city and the mountains while featuring views of the many cruise ships that dock in Puerto Vallarta.

The living room is spacious and features a fold out futon, a 12’ x 4’ sofa which seats 4 and is perfect for lounging, along with a 75” Smart TV. The rear bedrooms feature Smart TVs measuring 65” and 42”. The unit has 1 Amazon firestick which has programing in English as well as Spanish with an array of choices including sports, movies, dramas etc.

A hallway, which culminates with a wall mural, leads to the small bedroom as well as the 2 rear bedrooms, both of which have access to the rear balcony which overlooks the city and mountains, while offering a view of the cruise port.

Each bedroom features a separate bathroom, one with a double sink and tub, the other with a shower stall.

There is a bathroom in the main area which also has a shower, while 2 of the bathrooms have bidets.
