The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar for 2. Just off the kitchen is a formal dining table that seats 6 comfortably. The spacious living area has plush seating and a large flat screen smart TV. There is also a smart TV in the King bedroom. Off the living area is a spacious screened-in lanai with a table for enjoying an outdoor meal along with extra seating and a stunning lakefront view.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the adjoining private parking garage. Feel free to take a bike ride on the 4 supplied bikes (2 adult , 2 children) or enjoy a peaceful walk through this gorgeous community and enjoy the abundant nature in the resort. Only a short drive away is the NTC for triathletes and the Lake County Rowing Association Club for rowers and kayakers. Historic downtown Clermont is also close by and definitely worth a visit!

Departure Day items - If time allows, we ask guests to help with a couple housekeeping items. If possible, please strip all beds that were used and begin a load of towels in the washing machine (we provide 2 laundry tabs and 2 dryer sheets for this purpose). We also ask that you clean up the kitchen and begin a load in the dishwasher before you leave (we also provide dishtabs for the dishwasher). Throw away all open food and trash in the bins outside and leave any unopened food items for the cleaning staff. Please secure the house and make sure to lock up the key in the lock box that is located outside the front door. Make sure to take a magnet and business card for 'next time'.
