Great Stay!

Such a great place. Everything was provided. The pool was the highlight of the trip! there were 3 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. Very quiet and peaceful on a sweet lake:)

Very Nice Stay

We shared this villa with another family for 3 nights to attend a Dec softball camp at the NTC. The villa was very nice, clean, and stocked with everything you need. We had plenty of room and privacy. It was so much better (and cheaper) than living in a hotel. We did not visit the water ski school - maybe next time. Publix is 3 miles away and Clermont about 7 miles for everything else. I would definitely stay here again. The owner was very fast to respond to questions.

too many pests to count

Our initial impression was a somewhat dated, but clean house with a very nice outdoor space. Within 5 minutes of walking in, our 1 year old was holding a "cockroach killer" bait trap she found on the floor. Unfortunately it was a sign of things to come. The roaches and giant spiders (one in particular the size of the palm of my hand) just kept coming throughout our stay! By our last night, we were scared to leave our kids sleeping in their pack n plays, not knowing what kind of critters might be crawling on them at night. Also, there were not nearly enough towels for the amount of people the house is able to accommodate. For example, there were only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths in the master bath for a 3 night stay. There is laundry in the garage, which alleviated the towel situation somewhat. The bedding seemed old and the pillows were kind of musty and very flat and lumpy. For comparison, would definitely find nicer linens and bedding at a hotel, so just be aware of that. The pool is very nice with a nice view of the water skiers. It was a fine place to stay, but because of the pests, I cannot give more than 2 stars.

Loved it!

Great place! We stayed for a month. We loved the pool, the skiers and the tranquility. We using stay closer to Orlando, but really liked the privacy here. A thunder storm knocked out the pool heating. We called and they sent a pool man out very quickly. We also got our deposit back promptly. We will definitely consider staying again in the future. Would have been even better if I brought my golf clubs.

A lovely villa with a great tranquil view.

The house was clean. The kitchen had the necessary tools to cook with, and serve a great meal. The area was quiet, and the view from the pool/backyard was great. We loved watching the waterskiers practice on the lake - I will point out that they olnly add to the experience at the house, they do not distract as they do not make much sound and there are not very many. The house was also very close to shopping. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Best, The Alexiades'

Perfect location for Quiet and Relaxation!

The location of this house was spot on if you are looking for a quiet getaway. On the map, it appears not too far from Disney but you are worlds away. The bonus is the lake behind the house that hosts water skiers. It was a treat to watch them practice. The noise was not heard in the house. The house was very clean. However, it could use a lot of maintenance. A screen was missing in the back patio and several light bulbs were burned out. This did not bother our stay at all. I would recommend this house for its space and location. The property sits on a golf course and is very private from its neighbors. The pool was well maintained but I don't believe it is was heated. We enjoyed many days watching the sunset out back. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook from home. The owner, while located outside of the US, was very quick to respond to my inquiries and to refund our security deposit immediately after our stay.
