Full, recently remodeled home on 1/3rd Acre! Located close to Nike WHQ, Cedar Hill restaurants and shopping, and central Beaverton. Public transport and highway access to take you into Portland or out to the coast!

Full kitchen with induction stove, air fryer, and toaster oven. Two spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and plenty of room to spread out while you enjoy your stay for work or leisure.

Fantastic Property

This property checked all the boxes for our needs. It was with 20 minutes of everywhere we needed to be. We would stay here again if we came back to the area. 5 out of 5 Stars is accurate.

Great simple stay

This property was a breeze to access, the owner responded fairly quickly when asked for access details. The property has all the amenities described. The backyard is a nice space. The neighborhood was quiet, which was great!

Floors were dirty, and the couch smells of pets. Bring your own paper towels and napkins because they are not providing

Reasons for rating

The king size bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the blanket was too heavy. The first morning, we woke up to 67 degrees. The heat pump was on al the time. Wish we could turn it on or off. It was especially cold getting out of the shower, with a vent sending cold air up my back.Th photos of the house and the bedroom were not the same, including the lack of 2 tables and lamps on either Side of the king size bed. There were only 2 butter knives.

As Advertised, but housekeeping needs help

The photos are correct, pretty back yard, easy to use TV, and the beds are comfy with soft sheets.Unfortunately for our stay the floor around the counter was really sticky and the bathroom floor was quite dirty. There was unfinished laundry in the laundry room, no paper towels, napkins and only one full roll of toilet paper. (we looked all over for another roll - very inconvenient for a 2 bathroom house!) the soap and shampoos in the shower were empty. So, housekeeping was our main issue.
