The Space:

Get ready for sunshine, salty air, and unforgettable island days at this spacious two-bedroom villa — perfect for families or friends. Enjoy two comfy bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a bright open living area, a full kitchen, and a private balcony. Stream shows on the smart TV or savor morning coffee before heading out to explore.



Step outside to Hilton Head’s largest oceanfront pool, tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds, a fitness center, kiddie pool, and beach access just a short stroll away. On-site dining includes CocoNutz Sportz Bar, Gator’z Pizza and Wings, and Jamaica Joe’z by the beach. In summer, live music, movie nights, and kid-friendly activities add even more fun.

Very nice property. The only problem was I messaged to find out what kind of coffee maker and told it was a Keurig but when we got there, it was not so we had to make a special trip to the grocery store to get coffee.

Overall good location, comfortable, good water pressure, clean and bright, well decorated. Easy parking and clear instructions, friendly staff. Building is not friendly for people with issues climbing stairs.

The resort itself was nice and fairly close to the beach! We had no issues with check in or communications. The steps leading up to the unit got pretty wet from the sprinklers and my grandma almost slipped walking down them, so I’d be cautious with that. The condo itself was not very clean, there was dirt on the walls, dirty underwear left behind by previous guests, crumbs on the floor when we got there etc. the couch is very broken down and not comfy. lastly, I’d be careful if you bring children to this unit, as there were rusty razor blades underneath the kitchen sinks, and the steak knives were stored in the bottom drawer of the kitchen. Just not sensible at a resort where families come to stay. Luckily we kept a very close eye on our little one!
