Two king beds and a pull out couch for sleeping. Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Fully stocked kitchen.



The Neighborhood:

This condo is located directly across the street from Michigan's oldest, continuously operated restaurant, and one of Traverse City's favorites, Sleder's Family Tavern. Right next door is The Dairy Lodge, operating since 1958 and is a must during the summertime heat.

Location is perfect! The condo is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. Very clean and has all the amenities. Check in was easy and the owners were quick to reply to my inquiry!I would highly recommend this place!

Great location and space!

Perfect location, easy to get to area attractions. 15 minute walk downtown and very close to walk near the bay, which was great. Plenty of space (large closets!) and comfy beds.

It was a best friend trip with just 2 of us and my friend grew up in Michigan. She had not been back in years The condo was clean and very comfortable. Great location and walking to Front st was easy. The host very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!!!!

Our stay was amazing and the property was in a perfect location! We had all the necessary amenities, the beds were extremely comfortable and we liked the security of the building. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Traverse City.

Amazing condo and location

Absolutely wonderful condo, location is impossible to beat, super nice and accommodating host. Comfortable, convenient, everything you need. So accessible, you can walk to everything. We loved it n we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great condo and location. Super clean!!

We just stayed in TC for a little getaway. Our hosts were very communicative and nice. Their condo was beautiful and in a great location. Super clean and the beds were comfy! The only thing I’d have to suggest is to have a better equipped kitchen. However, I know people don’t go on vacation to eat in but we like to eat lunch out and then cook at home for dinner. Just a suggestion! Thanks for a great time!!

Perfect property for our needs. Everything was very clean and orderly.

We both enjoyed the stay however, little frustrating, coffee maker was not working, which was important for us. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Great Place to Stay

Our only problem was the solar powered tv remotes. They were not charged and we could not get them to charge with light. Thankfully we had a computer cord to plug them in and get them charged. Beautiful place to stay and close to town!
