Fourth floor penthouse. Close to everything with a quick walk to restaurants, shopping, and beaches.

The Space:
Two king beds and a pull out couch for sleeping. Smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Fully stocked kitchen.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is located directly across the street from Michigan's oldest, continuously operated restaurant, and one of Traverse City's favorites, Sleder's Family Tavern. Right next door is The Dairy Lodge, operating since 1958 and is a must during the summertime heat.

Host were very welcoming. The condo was very clean. Amenities were above and beyond (plates, cups, pans, silverware, etc). Great location! Highly recommend!

Location is perfect! The condo is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. Very clean and has all the amenities. Check in was easy and the owners were quick to reply to my inquiry!I would highly recommend this place!

It was a best friend trip with just 2 of us and my friend grew up in Michigan. She had not been back in years The condo was clean and very comfortable. Great location and walking to Front st was easy. The host very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!!!!

The condo was very clean and spacious. The location was good for walking to the water area and near shopping and restaurtants. What was a big surprise for us was there are 6 pickleball courts next door. We thought it was great since we were in town to play pickleball while visiting friends. This should probably be listed in the info as it would have been helpful. The condo is furnished nicely. All seems brand new. I will say I was disappointed with all the pillows and sheets. The pillows were the worst and impacted our sleep. Sheet are just low end and not great. It's a 5 star place with that correction!

Great condo and location. Super clean!!

We just stayed in TC for a little getaway. Our hosts were very communicative and nice. Their condo was beautiful and in a great location. Super clean and the beds were comfy! The only thing I’d have to suggest is to have a better equipped kitchen. However, I know people don’t go on vacation to eat in but we like to eat lunch out and then cook at home for dinner. Just a suggestion! Thanks for a great time!!

Great location and space!

Perfect location, easy to get to area attractions. 15 minute walk downtown and very close to walk near the bay, which was great. Plenty of space (large closets!) and comfy beds.

Everything We Needed

Well equipped condo in a great locale. Very comfortable beds and plenty of room. Enjoyed our stay immensely and was able to work remotely with ease.

TC Condo 411

Very clean unit. Check in and check out time was good. Was glad for the two bedrooms/ two baths. Surprised to have to take care of garbage and start laundry. Would have liked lamps in living area instead of overhead bright lights. Internet was poor. Parking space was very tight. Overall, a nice unit for our stay though.
