Tranquil lakeside 2-bedroom cottage with optional sleeping cottage in Eastbrook
Located in Eastbrook on its own point on quiet and clean Webb Pond, this lovely, well-cared-for cottage is a dream. With 2 bedrooms - one upstairs with a king bed and the other downstairs with a queen bed. The living room has a working fireplace and comfortable furniture with lake views from two sides. The bathroom features a large, brand new walk-in shower and a hairdryer for added convenience. Additionally, there are two extra spaces, including a downstairs open living space with a full futon bed and an optional traditional Maine sleeping cottage (no electricity or running water) with a full bed and bunk bed (additional charge to book). A wonderful front porch with new chaise lounges and a dining table runs the length of the cottage. Watch the sunset over the lake while enjoying dinner! A screened front porch offers a space for tranquil reading. A sit-on kayak and metal fire-pit are provided. Close proximity to Ellsworth, Acadia National Park and Donnell Pond Public Reserved Land.

The front porch offers a gorgeous view of the lake at all times of the day, from sunrise through sunset. At the end of a long dirt road, on its own peninsula, the cottage is serene and quiet and perfect for checking into a space of reflection and deep relaxation. Acadia and its hiking trails are about 50 minutes away, and there are wonderful hikes in nearby Donnell Preserve. The lake is home to beavers, eagles, egrets, herons, and more, which you can enjoy watching from the kayak, the porch, or the lakeside Adirondack chairs.
