The stay was good. The home was clean and ready at check in time, with all codes being made available prior to arrival. The location was proximate to a nearby local casino and the many places to eat or shop. Beds were comfortable while having fresh towels and available toiletries. Would try and stay here for future visits.

“Comfy and cozy” Perfect for Families!

Everything was Excellent from the 1st day that we arrived till the day we checked out! Angela is very attentive and responds to any accommodations you might need. My kids also loved the comfortable stay. For anyone looking for a great peaceful, comfortable stay when visiting Vegas This is it!I will definitely book again Thank you Angela :)

Nice property to rent in southwest, Las Vegas.

The property is very nice, the only drawback was lack of seating in the living area, the sofa only seats 3 comfortably and is the only seating other than the 9 stools at the kitchen bar for eating. The property owner asks that you park in garage, however due to many large items in the garage you can only get a single small car in, but the driveway fits two additional cars and parking in front was available. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was very clean, too bad other renters are not considerate enough to pick up their dog potty in the yard or their cigarettes before they leave, which is no fault of the owner at all. I read a review that the house smelled like dog, we did not smell any dog oder at all and the house was well stocked with necessities. Overall, I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a nice roomy home to stay in while in Las Vegas.

Perfect location

This property is as -advertised. No surprises here. Staying in Vegas I usually feel a little claustrophobic in a hotel. I decided to try something new, so I rented this house. My daughter had a competition at the Westgate Resort and this house was 21 minutes from there. We used it as a basecamp for trips to Death Valley, Red Rock Canyon and Zion National Park. We put the garage door remote in our rental and pulled it into the garage every day. That is very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet. I think it may be mostly permanent residents. We came and went with barely a notice from the neighbors. This is not a problem, but maybe a few more pieces of furniture to take advantage of the extra space would be nice. Again, we had everything we needed. While we are at it, maybe a few more items to cook with. There is a very nice gas range that we didn't really use, but if we wanted to, we may have had to clean pots or pans to complete the meal. I would definitely stay here again if I need to go to Vegas again.

Easy check in

I thought the check in and out process was simple. The overall preparedness of the house could have been improved. There was not enough cutlery for the number of guests listed, no washcloths, and not enough toilet paper or paper towels. Additionally, a check in paper or pamphlet would have been helpful (with WiFi and additional information listed). The house smelled like dogs and we went looking for febreeze. The location was perfect for us though!

Great house and neighborhood

If you're looking to stay away from the strip, this is a great location for you. My friends and I came in Las Vegas to climb at Red Rocks (30 min drive to the entrance) and we didn't really eat out too much so we needed to make sure that the kitchen was stock with utensil, pots, bowls, etc. The island was great as it was bit and there were enough chairs for 9 people. Highly recommend this house if you're looking to be close to Red Rocks and plan to cook your meals for the most part.

Pride of Ownership

We absolutely love renting this property. This was our third (possibly fourth) stay and have already booked two additional stays, for 2019. The home is immaculate, the neighborhood is lovely and the owners are wonderful.

My wife and I have a travel business in town, so we settled in Las Vegas. We just bought this house for my mother in law, but she is still doing her own business abroad, so we would like to rent this house out until she come back. Due to it's a house for my mother in law, so we make it really a nice and comfortable house. And we like to rent it to people who will take care of the house. Long-term rental preferred.
