It was very comfortable and clean. Very well stocked. Close to a lot places. A lot of pet hair on couch and bathroom rugs.But overall we would stay there again.

perfect, I would stay there again.

clean property, private hot tub was clean and ideal. location next to park and walking paths is a huge plus. Safe and quiet area. 20 minutes to the airport.The back sliding glass door lock did not work with the key from the outside but did work from the inside using the latch

Great Location

4 adults plus a 30lb dog. Nice grass area for the dog to play, friendly neighbors and the pool area was nice. Home was fully equipped with necessities and stores are very close by.

Great location and amenities

I had to come to Scottsdale for work so I decided to bring the family and make a trip out of it. My son took one room and my husband and I took the other. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we wanted. My son loved the pool and nearby park. My husband and I loved how quiet it was but close to everywhere we wanted to be. Highly recommend!

Great location and communication

The location was amazing and Larry was proactive and so helpful with communication ahead of the visit. Based on the listing, we thought the community pool would be heated, so we were disappointed that it wasn’t. That said, access to the park was great and it made for an ideal stay with a dog.

Great host, great stay

This was a wonderful stay! Not only did the house look just like the pictures and had all the amenities I needed plus more, but it had wonderful scenery to walk around outside. Larry was a fantastic host as well. He was kind, communicative, and flexible with requests. Would definitely stay here again!

clean and convenient

Quiet convenient location from which to explore Scottsdale and Phoenix area. Comfy beds, clean, with responsive host. Nice amount of space for 2 people traveling together who prefer separate bedrooms; would also be great for 2 couples to share. Loved having the walking path in the nearby park.

The property is exactly as it is described. It is in a great location and easy to get to. Plenty of space once inside. The back patio and hot tub are definite pluses. Larry is a wonderful host and super responsive. I highly recommend this property. The kitchen is well stocked. My only complaint is the pool is not heated.

Great location

This home was as advertised. The location could not have been better. Plenty of room and very comfortable. The beds were great. Places to eat and grocery stores everything close by. If you are in to walking great area to walk and feel safe. I highly recommend Larry's home away from home.

Very nice place and very clean

It was wonderful. The place was in a quiet community. We felt very safe there. Very clean. We didn’t use the pool but did go for walks around. There is a beautiful water lake close to the property. Very roomy and the property owner always answered my calls. Just a great place and I would go again. Thank you

Beautiful property

I rented this house because I was in town for a 60th bday celebration.This property came with all the amenities we needed,especially the pool n hot tub which was a plus.There were a few stores within walking distance.as well as a super Walmart.I met the host Larry the first day I arrived,very nice,answered all my questions and concerns I had.When I come back to Arizona,I would love to stay here again

A Welcome Retreat and Reunion

For our family it was the perfect choice and meeting place to reunite with family we had not seen all year. The Host was AMAZING and the home had everything we needed. Just the right size and it felt like home where we could cook our meals and relax in comfort. Wish we would have been able to stay longer. We would absolutely choose this place again in the future. It is beautifully located and the walks from the front door to the lake and park were very enjoyable. Our sincere and heartfelt appreciation to the HOST and we highly recommend staying here.

Gracious host

I lost the email with the lock box code the day we were to arrive. Messaged host and he responded immediately. Quality towels, linens. Kitchen had full assortment of pots and pans. Excellent.
