Fountainhead Condo #3, located at 3402 6th Avenue in Holmes Beach is just a few steps from the beautiful beaches and emerald green water of the Gulf. This eight unit complex has a heated pool and laundry room on site. There is a beach view from the master bedroom and balcony!

This unit is beautifully furnished and well equipped for your enjoyment. This two bedroom, two bath townhouse unit will sleep six with a queen size bed in one bedroom, full size bunk beds in the second bedroom and a pullout queen sofa in the living room. There are three separate lanais off the living room and both bedrooms. This 3-story townhouse offers every amenity to make your stay memorable.

Recent updates include new wood floors, furniture and a new kitchen!

There is a 32” television in the living room as well as a 26” television in the master bedroom and a 26” television in the guest bedroom

THE GROUND LEVEL COMMUNITY LAUNDRY ROOM IS CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO OUR PAST STORMS.

Fountainhead is a one week minimum rentals.
Parking is limited to two vehicles.
Condo not pet friendly
Condo not suitable for electric vehicles or electric golf carts.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Great location, great space, good pool, only a couple things that took it from a 5 star….the queen bed and pillows were pretty hard. A mattress pad or foam pad would really make the bed much better. But of course, we just like a soft bed. And they could do with a few more kitchen utensils, like, they didn’t have a whisk that I saw. But seriously minor things for the price and location! Those were both superb.

We enjoyed our week in this condo. We were pleasantly surprised that we could see the gulf from the bedroom upstairs and it was only a block to the beach access. We felt safe in the condo but would’ve appreciated security sticks in the sliding doors to ensure safety. The condo was clean and well appointed, however it would be nice to have more washcloths for the week. We were appreciative of the beach supplies and bicycles and used them frequently. The bed on the bottom bunk upstairs was almost on the floor and hard to get up from. The condo was spacious and the AC worked well. The pool was small but we were usually the only ones in it and we enjoyed it. The management communicated very well and left detailed information for the condo. We would stay here again.

The pull out couch is uncomfortable to sit on and the kitchen supplies are pretty skimpy. It would be nice to have two big gas grills to share between the two buildings instead of that old charcoal grill that doesn’t work very would also be nice to have more supplies such as garbage liners, towels, dish soap and detergent if your staying longer than a couple weeks for the amount that we pay.

Loved Rental

This was a wonderful unit. Only suggestion I would offer is this; in our debit card using world trying to acquire quarters to wash/dry clothes was a pain. I would gladly pay $50 weekly to not find change!! Seriously. I had debit. Back up credit card. And driver license.

The place is well equipped and clean. One thing that I would like to comment on is the bunk beds in the one bedroom. It is very low to the floor and hard to get out of. One lamp in living run was not functional and overall lighting in the living room, kitchen area was too low making the area fairly hard to use for activities such as reading.
