This house was perfect place for my daughter and I to stay while visiting DC. You can walk to the metro and the old town area was a quick drive with many restaurant options.

Kitchen was wonderfully appointed with everything we needed and great coffee. TV and wifi were great and the bedding and towels were luxurious. Check in and out was super easy.

Stayed for 2 weeks while visiting family nearby. Location was perfect, easy to get to shops & restaurants in Old Town and Del Ray. Quiet neighborhood, home was comfortable and clean. Would stay there again if/when I need tor return for an extended stay.

5 Star Stay here in Alexandria VA! Mark the host was excellent. Great with all communications and quite friendly. The house is located in a great central area to so much. I spent a lot of time seeing the Museums in DC and was a quick 15 min ride there. Also close to the Gaylord Convention Center, another 15 min ride. House was perfect for us 2 people. Kitchen had upgraded appliances which was great. Off street parking makes it extra special. I would come again when in the area!

Adams St. House in Del Rey, Alexandria

I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 night stay in this charming home, in an equally charming neighborhood. Everything I needed was provided by the host. I even made friends with the next door neighbors. I highly recommend this property.

Couldn't have been more perfect. This is my first experience using Verbo and it was fantastic. Easy to check in, check out, and communicate with the host. It felt like having access to a vacation home.

The neighborhood and house were great. Mark was responsive to questions and issues that came up while we were there. A few things to know:1. This is an older duplex, and the wall separating the units is not very soundproof. You won't hear everything next door, but you will hear the louder sounds.2. We were excited by the fenced yard for my dog. However, there is a dog next door (sharing a chainlink fence), and the fence between the units is only plastic. Things to be aware of if you have an unfriendly dog or an escape artist.
