Amazing place. Quiet, nice neighborhood, house was amazing for our family of 4. The kids were begging to stay longer, the game/arcade area had them hooked. Coffee bar is a nice touch too, with tea and hot cocoa as well. Beds were great, plenty of pillows and blankets. Easy access to so many attractions, or you could stay there all day and just be a family together, it’s perfect.

Coziest funnest home with many perks and entertainment

We loved this house, it had everything we needed and home away from home! Anyone who stays would absolutely love this house!! It was fantastic! Brian the host was amazing and super helpful and quick to respond! Everything was perfect!

My friends and I were very impressed from the moment we walked in this house. The setup of the living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and finished basement made our stay super comfortable. The front deck was enjoyed with a morning coffee from the incredible coffee station setup in the kitchen area. A great place!!

We had a great experience at this location! The house was clean and comfortable. Communicating with the owners was very efficient and the rules/understanding of check in and check out process was seamless. Communication was great! Very nice neighborhood! Will definitely be returning!

We live about an hour south of Nashville in a small town called Lewisburg. Coming from Southern CA originally it's been a great transition to a much better pace of life! I (Brian) love fishing and over the past few years have grown to love fly fishing in particular! As a family we love getting outdoors and traveling in general.

Because of our real estate business we were exposed to the Bristol area and really enjoy spending time here now! We've been looking for a place that we could enjoy and that others would as well, so we could share our home in a way that would enrich the time of others!

We found our home here on one of our business trips to Bristol while we had some time to explore. We fell in love with the neighborhood as well as the home! It's a great spot to relax with very few, if any distractions!

The great part is within 5-15 minutes in just about any direction you can do so many things to make your stay fun, whether it be fly fishing the South Holston or Watauga rivers, Bristol Speedway, music events like Rhythm & Roots, hiking, mountain biking, or just a great dinner out!

Not only does our home accommodate a lot of people, but it gives you something to do if you have some down time on your trip. The large game room with lots of different options is a lot of fun! Also having TV's in just about every room allows people to spread out and enjoy their own choice of media,

Also having your choice of 2 different outdoor spaces (front & back decks) makes the time you spend outside more flexible and enjoyable!
