The ENTIRE home is yours for the stay and just a short 5 minute drive to DOWNTOWN, only a 12 minute drive to the BRISTOL MOTOR SPEEDWAY, 15 minutes to the CASINO and within a two minute drive to KING University and only 17 minutes to the BASS PRO SHOP!
Enjoy all that this 4-bedroom whole house has to offer. This enchanting home features a king bed, two full beds, and three twin beds, and two sofas large enough to sleep on! This home is perfect for families or groups and work crews!
The home also boasts a finished basement with BAR, games, books and much more!
Guests can relax in one of the two peaceful living rooms, each with a comfy sofa bed.
The home also features two and a half bathrooms, including a jetted bathtub, so getting ready is a breeze. If you enjoy sitting outside, we offer a spacious closed in patio or open area just to relax after a long day while all tucked inside a fully fenced in PRIVATE backyard! The nice blend of cozy spaces and thoughtful touches makes it easy to unwind after a day of exploring, shopping, working or dining. I grew up in this Neighborhood in this rental property and take great pride in ownership of it. We hope you enjoy it as much as I did growing up in this home. The neighborhood is quiet, family oriented, and close to all major attractions.
この宿泊施設の特徴
This property is unique in that the size is much larger on the inside than it looks from the outside. It is a two story ranch with oversized closet space, two family rooms and extremely large finished basement, in addition to four bedrooms, 3 dining areas (2 inside & 1 on the framed porch).! This property offers so much space and just about any amenities you might have in your own home. You’ll have everything you need in one place to include privacy.
