Escape to the mountains and stay in a spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat overlooking Waynesville & Maggie Valley. With stunning surroundings, modern amenities, and ample space to relax, This house offers the perfect home base for your adventure. Enjoy the multiple level decks, game room, and comfortable living spaces designed for a stress-free stay. Whether you`re here for outdoor excursions or a cozy retreat, you`ll find everything you need for an unforgettable mountain getaway.

Step inside this beautifully designed home and enjoy a bright, open space with all the modern comforts. The house features four well-appointed bedrooms, including two king suites, a queen room, and a bunk room with two full beds. The living area is perfect for gathering, with a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, a laptop-friendly workspace, and a cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all the cookware you need to whip up a meal. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is conveniently located next to the kitchen for your use.
Please Note: The road leading to the house is narrow and steep in some areas. It is fully paved, except for a short section of level, smooth gravel. However, the approach is not suitable for extra-large vehicles or those towing trailers. During winter months, 4WD is strongly recommended when snow is possible. In normal conditions, the road is accessible with any standard car or SUV. The drive from I-40 to the house takes approximately 6 minutes.
IMPORTANT
To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection:
1) a small, non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option)
2) a fully refundable Security Deposit that is returned after your stay if no damage is reported.
After your booking is confirmed, you’ll be prompted to complete this step.
Other things to note:
• Pets are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee of $110/pet applies for guests traveling with animals.
• We require a damage waiver for all reservations. This is a small, non-refundable fee that provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay. It is significantly more guest-friendly than traditional security deposits, which are often equal to or greater than the cost of the booking.
We ask that you treat the property with respect. This is a private residence. Please act as though you are a guest in someone’s home. :) Also, please acknowledge the following:
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. If this rule is not followed, you will be immediately removed from the property without refunds or compensation.
QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM. If any noise complaints are reported, you can expect a warning communication. If a second noise violation/complaint occurs, your reservation may be terminated.
MINIMUM BOOKING AGE IS 25. If you are under 25, do not make a reservation without contacting us for pre-approval. Failure to do so may result in termination of your reservation.
LOCAL RESIDENTS REQUIRE APPROVAL. If you live within 30 miles of the property, you must contact us for pre-approval. Otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate reservations made by local residents.
GUEST TOTAL MUST MATCH BOOKING. The correct number of guests must be on the reservation - This includes all guests entering the property at any point during the stay.
NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE. If smoking or drug use is detected inside the property after your check-out, we will request additional money for cleaning and/or file a claim against you for damages.
PETS ALLOWED. We welcome well-behaved pets. Please clean up after your pet outside and inside. If you must allow your pets on furniture, please cover the furniture with YOUR OWN blanket or towel. The pet fee does NOT include animal waste cleanup or stains on bedding, towels, or upholstery.
GUESTS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY. By placing a reservation, you agree that all guests expressly assume the risk of harm or adverse events that may arise during the use of this property. Guests understand that they may purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in such situations. This insurance is not automatically provided or implied with your reservation. The property owners or managers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur.
CHECK OUT ON TIME. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and need to work in preparation for our next guests. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a $50 late check-out fee. Any guest who is still on the property after 2:00 pm on check-out day will be automatically charged for an extra night.
Please help us understand your intent to follow these House Rules by stating, `I`ve read the House Rules` when making a booking inquiry or completing your reservation.
