With 3 bedrooms including 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 twin beds, this terrific property also offers a cozy living room with 2 child beds. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, iron, hair dryer, and WiFi. Our place is also dog friendly with back dog run so you can have mans best friend with you while enjoying Livingston and Yellowstone.

Will provided a wonderful home for my partner, 2 dogs, and friends. The back covered patio and fenced in yard space was great for us and the dogs to hang out. Oh and there’s an epic garden to view if you’re there at the right time. The location is great to walk to downtown Livingston for food and beverages. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Great space in a great town!

It’s an older house. 3 bedrooms and one bath. Dog friendly. Very accommodating. Well supplied with everything needed for 5 people for 4 nights. Centrally located. Walking distance to downtown Livingston, good shopping, restaurants, and many art galleries. Near to Bozeman and Yellowstone Park. My only suggestion would be regarding the laundry room which was cluttered and the floor in the bedroom under the twin beds needed to be cleaned better. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the owner’s good connection with us.

Livingston Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay in Livingston. We were looking for a place that would be a good home base for us as we explored around the area. This was perfect for what we were looking. Easy walking distance to Main St. and other locations nearby and a quick drive south into the valley for exploring and fishing along the Yellowstone. Even though single level, there is plenty of space for a family of 4 to 5 (even 6 of needed). It was easy to communicate with Will and we enjoyed viewing his garden as we sat on the back patio in the evenings. Great location and a fun weekend.

Great Place, easy access to the Yellowstone National Park

The place was nicely decorated and a great place, would stay again but with 3 teenage boys and 3 adults we really needed a second bathroom. But, that was my fault planing a trip back later without boy so will definitely try and boom again.

Run down yard, weird rental

Never even opened the door. No wifi, owner offered WiFi hotspot on his phone? No parking in front of house, just across the street in front of someone else’s home. Yard unkempt and full of weeds. Wife and daughter did not feel safe staying there. Contacted owner for partial refund and received a bunch of excuses. Contacted VRBO and they said too late the already paid the property owner. I will never use VRBO AGAIN!
