Welcome to Casa Coqui, a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with large pool set in a lush tropical garden just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great outdoor space with private pool, covered outdoor living/dining area. The comfortable home has a large open concept living/dining and fully equipped kitchen. Centrally located in the Surfside community, it is just a quick walk to the fabulous beach, restaurants, bars and shops. There is parking inside the property for 2 cars. The bedrooms feature a king, queen, and full bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. With amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washing machine/dryer, your vacation will be both enjoyable and stress-free. The two bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers for added convenience. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. The back yard is a true oasis to relax and enjoy nature.
