This was a fantastic unit for our family of 4 - walking distance to the popular Kings Beach in Tahoe and all the shops and restaurants nearby. The host was very communicative and responsive, even going as far as ordering and delivering cooling fans to the unit when I inquired! The place itself was clean, comfortable and beautifully renovated to a high standard. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. A bonus was the washer/dryer in the unit! Don't hesitate to book this property if you want a lovely vacation in North Lake Tahoe!

Great experience, highly recommend

This was an amazing site. Very clean and a short walk to many eateries. The property manager was very communicative and friendly. My family and I were extremely comfortable and happy. But make sure not to get makeup on the towels, the cleaning lady doesn’t like that.

Most of my guests book through AirBnB and I have many (all 5*) reviews there but since only a few VRBO booking, I don’t have many reviews here and this definitely great that you took the time to write a detailed review for me. I really appreciate that. I am SO happy to see that it lived the place and will likely return. As for the towel with make-up stain, don’t worry about it, at all. I told the cleaners to take with them and clean. Again, thank you. You were great guests yourself.

Hello VRBO Community We had a wonderful stay at this place! The host was incredibly responsive and communicated check-in and check-out expectations clearly. The home was spotless. It felt like everything was new and it was well-stocked. It had everything our family of four needed for a relaxing vacation. The beds were comfortable, which made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. One of the best parts was being just a 5-minute stroll from Kings Beach State Beach—we loved not having to deal with parking!!... especially with the summer crowds. And the sunsets were absolutely unforgettable. We'd happily stay here again!

The Property was as advertised and so clean. Easy walking to King city restaurants and shops,about 5 minutes at the most. We loved our stay and will definitely come again.
