We are a group that come down every year for a bowling tournament. This is our third year booking a house with a private pool. Everyone stated this was the best house yet. Most rentals don't seem to care too much about quality, but you can tell the owners of this house didn't just put the cheapest furniture in the house. Downstairs was great for a group of adult singles. While not a huge deal, the driveway being able to fit more than a handful of vehicles was extremely nice! The turf is an extremely nice touch as cornhole boards were set up for easy use.One wish is the pool was a touch bigger for the size of the lot. Of course, that is not easily changed and it was fine for our needs.One easy change would be providing codes for the locks. I have no issue checking in with the management company and receiving keys, but there are electronic locks on the doors. 2 keys can be difficult to manage with so many people that may go in different directions.Overall, would definitely consider staying at the house next year and/or using the same management company!! Thanks for a great trip!
