It's very, very rare for that to happen but the beach does have some mice and every once in a while they'll sneak into the garage areas. Dear Casey, We are so sorry to hear about your experience. That is certainly not how we manage our homes. It sounds like our very high standard for cleaning was not met. Please know that we are always available to our guests should you need anything during your stay. We would have been more than happy to have sent our housekeeping manager and another housekeeper to address any issues. We want all of our guests to thoroughly enjoy their stays with us so we make sure that we are available to you for anything. We hope this won't detour you from staying with us in the future.

Dear Ms. Manning, We're sorry to hear that your experience wasn't up to your expectations. To address a few things mentioned, the toilet seat did not have mold on it. It was a little old and we did come replace it. Also, we would have been more than happy to have addressed any of the cleaning issues had we known that you wanted that done. We were not told that you felt like it needed addressing. We are here for our guests and want everyone to have a wonderful stay. We are always available to you and had we known that you wanted some cleaning things addressed we would have sent over our housekeeping manager and crew to take care of those things. There is also a door that leads out from the kitchen to the carport that leads to the pool. It sounds like that was missed. Again, we're sorry to hear that your stay was not up to your expectations and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
