This cozy beach condominium is a short walk to the beach. Located close to local restaurants and entertainment, this property provides everything needed for a great beach getaway.

This 1 bedroom/1 bathroom property includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals and a living room with a queen size sleeper sofa and TV. One bedroom with a queen size bed and plenty of closet space. A full-size bathroom with shower/tub combination. A fenced in back yard area. Washer/Dryer in unit.

Location was convienient to beach and restaurants/entertainment. Unit was overall clean and well maintained. Outside/curb appeal left alot to be desired. Advertised by being pet friendly, but thought that was by choice inside the unit and not outside. Fear of cats, so the 3 or more cats camped outside was very alarming to me.Felt a little decieved by being promoted as Brand New ! Unit was not "brand new", but recently renovated. The front actually gave off the motel front from back in the day. Response to correcting the situation with the televison was prompt, but the actual act of "repairing" was not completed until 24 hours prior to check out. Wish you all he best with future rentals.

There was one bug found in condo but other than that the stay was pleasant and the room was clean. We appreciate the opportunity to stay in your home and would book again if we ever had the need.

Perfect little beach getaway

The property offered a stress free check in and check out process, it’s in a great location in walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and has all your necessities included. They even had an umbrella and chairs for us to use at the beach. And they’re pet friendly, which was a plus.

Great Beach Stay for Pet Owners

The property is a 5 minute walk from the Boardwalk and the public beach! Close enough to everything that you could the see the boardwalk fireworks without having to walk out the front door. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The main bedroom is spacious and has its own tv. I loved having the beach chairs, towels, and umbrella provided for us. They also had plenty of extra linens and pillows for the sofa bed. The pet fee was reasonable and I loved being able to bring them with me on my vacation.My only complaint was that the listing says there is a dishwasher in the amenities, but there is not one. It's not a big deal for me, just a little confusing.
