The Space:

Looking for the perfect accommodation for your next vacation to Northwest Florida's stunning beaches? Look no further: this condo features stunning peaks of the Gulf waters, lovely, welcoming décor throughout, and elegant tile flooring. You'll love that this condo is located on the seventh floor in the building connected to the sky walk on the Gulfside. Step out onto the balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or simply taking in the gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. Spend your days enjoying the beach or the lovely shared pool. Your reservation includes beach service of two chairs and one umbrella.



You will find the spacious bedroom off of the living room, which includes a TV with a DVD player and en suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower and large garden tub. The kid-friendly bunk area also has a TV. The guest bathroom is adjacent to the bunk area. Enjoy the added convenience of an in-home washer/dryer.



The well-equipped kitchen boasts a gorgeous tiled backsplash and includes all utensils and appliances needed to create your own meals. There are barstools by the breakfast bar area as well. The kitchen opens into the living room, which features matching furnishings and décor, a TV with a DVD player, along with access to the balcony.

Anniversary Getaway

Beautiful, spacious suite with amazing balcony and rooftop views. Fantastic lazy river and multiple pools to choose from. Easy beach access. Rooftop hot tub was a special, relaxing bonus with this suite.

The refrigerator needs replaced. Rust on the door and didn’t get real cold. The ice maker works but won’t spit ice out. Little things like touch up paint. The bedroom TV didn’t work. Tubs was dirty. Bed was comfy. Nice views. The dresser in main bedroom was broken.

Very enjoyable stay just wish the hot tub had been operational.

The hot tub had nasty black water in it on the roof As we were hoping it was operational. The jet tub in the masterbath was a plus. The boards on the top bunk in the other room need to be replaced they were not real sturdy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Mom Daughter Annual Vacation

This place was more than expected. All furniture was very nice and clean. The view was great. I was surprised to have our own rooftop patio and private hot tub. The pools are all nice and the white sand was soft and perfect. I seen in an earlier review that the patio doors were wonky. They were fixed while I was there. So that is fixed. We will definitely be back. Love from Tennessee

Fun times

Love everything Destin West has to offer ! They could not find our beach service the first day but that was fixed by second day and we were told they would refund us for the first day that we paid for. The condo was nice except for the sliding door was very hard to open and close . We will be back !

Nice overall but a few small annoying details

The location is wonderful and overall everything was nice. Just a few small annoyances, like the toaster didn't work, the broiler in the over didn't work, the master bedroom curtain was held together by duct tape, and the hot tub was disgusting looking. Since it was 100 degrees we didn't plan to use the hot tub, but it should probably be closed with a message to not use. Everything else was great!

Best of Both Worlds - Stunning!

While the condo number was given and listed as a "penthouse" but it was difficult to locate. More direction needed on which floor of garage is best (and nearest which elevator) for easiest access to this property. That being said, once inside, the place was perfect, and just as described. Very clean and decor is gorgeous and sophisticated beachy. The best part? The views! Whether you're on the expansive balcony or lounging on private rooftop terrace you can unobstructed views of both the bay and the Gulf. Also close to everything without being right in the middle of tourist overload. Perfect for singles couples, or families. All in all, best condo I have stayed in for a long while, and best value. I will be back!

Our stay

The condo advertised a personal hot tub in pictures and comments. Wasn’t able to use it and wasn’t aware until we arrived. Washed laundry and dryer wouldn’t dry clothes. Then went to make breakfast and no pans for the oven. It was disappointing when you think your able to use all that “is” provided. However it was very clean and quiet. Just needs some extra attention for the small things to make the stay easier.

Horrible experience

I will not rent this property again or recommend renting this property to others. The hot tub wasn’t working properly and when turned on it caused power loss in the condo unit. We were out of power and in the dark for at least 3 hours even after calling the managing company several times. We were told that they were trying to find their local agent to resolve the problem but was having difficulty doing so. It was very inconvenient and it ruined our night.

Great room, but hot tub did not work

The condo was very nice on the inside and had all of the amenities. However, the only reason we booked this more expensive pent house condo was for its unique access to a private hot tub. Well, the hot tub was not working. It had no power to it and the water was 1/4 full and dirty which didn’t matter since we had no way of turning it on. This was our 10th anniversary getaway trip and we planned on using that hot tub especially since it was a little cooler out. We would have gotten a cheaper condo if we knew the hot tub wouldn’t work. We complained to Vacasa and they got with the “manager” and texted us that they would reimburse us $82 from our over $800 two night stay. This is not acceptable. Other than that, we enjoyed the room and also the easy access to the beach, pools and lazy River across the street. The lazy River was very nice and relaxing.
