Located just 25 minutes from the bars and restaurants of Cabarete, this super villa was designed to give our guests a spot where they can forget about their worries and enjoy one of the most serene beaches in the Dominican Republic. The property features a private pickleball court with lighting to allow for evening matches.

THE PROPERTY: When a group books Casa Tulien they have the place to themselves - no other guests. Just your people and your guests. Our base rate is for up to 22 guests.

- BEDROOMS - Each of our 11 bedrooms is equipped with pillow-topped beds and an private ensuite bathroom. There is daily maid service just like a hotel.

- INFINITY POOL - is at the center of the property and are open 24 hours a day for use. This is an IDEAL location for a DJ Pool Party. Remember - the property is all yours!

- THE BAR - Imagine your group gathered around a fully equipped bar — drinks in hand, music going, not a care in the world while the sun sets in the water. We make that easy.
Add our all-you-can-drink package for any or all days of your stay and a dedicated bartender takes care of everything — unlimited drinks, water, and ice included for those days. Prefer to stock your own spirits and set your own pace? The bar setup is yours to use. A bartender can also be added as a standalone service.

- PICKLEBALL COURT - The property features a private pickleball court with lighting for evening play.

- THE YOGA SPACE - Perched over the beach, this space is where guests can wake up and take in the most beautiful sunrise imaginable. Ideal for yoga and stretching or enjoying a morning coffee. eat and lounge.

- THE LOFT - Located on the second floor of the main house, the loft features a pool table and a mini bar.

- THE KITCHEN - We pride ourselves on providing our guests with the freshest and best food on the island. We work with every group to customize a food plan to make sure we offer up exactly what you want to be served. Packages range from breakfast plans to full all-inclusive packages and great prices. Guests can also choose to cook for themselves.

WIFI - We know how important it is these days to stay connected. The is HIGH BANDWITH-HIGH SPEED WIFI throughout the property.

Events & Additional Guests

Casa Tulien sleeps 22 guests across its 11 bedrooms. Guests planning a wedding, celebration, or other gathering at the villa are warmly invited to contact us in advance so we can help shape the experience — from event planning and F&B services to making sure every detail is taken care of.

For events that include additional non-resident attendees visiting during the day, a $20 per adult day-pass fee applies when the event is not planned through our services and food and beverage are not arranged with us. Total on-property capacity, residents and visitors combined, is 60 people.

Every event is unique, so all details — guest counts, services, and any applicable fees — are confirmed with you in writing by our Client Services team well before your arrival, so there are no surprises and you can focus on the celebration itself.
