Old Montauk Highwayのモントークの町から西へ1.6kmの場所にあります。 "The Well"として知られる美しい砂浜のプライベートビーチへは、道を渡る道を通って行きます。

This property offers an elevated chic, surf-type vibe! Excellent location to the beach, with a scenic trail right across the street. Rooftop deck is spectacular for your morning coffee. The owner is super responsive and helpful and displays his personal works of art in the home. We cannot wait to return to this majestic property one day!

if you are looking for the most perfect place to enjoy a montauk weekend, look no further. this home is located across the street from a secluded beach and less than 5 mins from the montauk village. aside from the location, the house itself is absolutely gorgeous. very clean and comfortable, recently renovated and thoughtfully designed with stunning ocean views. the roof is the best place for sight seeing, be sure to utilize the binoculars provided! my friends and i had the best weekend at this house. the host justin awesome, hospitable and kind. he even displays his own artwork throughout, which made the home feel even more unique. amazing experience overall definitely book with justin!

What a truly amazing house and property this is. We have stayed in Montauk for many years, and this place is a true gem. First off, location, location, location! It cannot be beat. The beach is right across the street and it’s a beautiful walk into town. We did that every day, often multiple times a day. In addition to the ideal location, the house itself is newly renovated and the owners thought of everything. Impeccable attention to detail throughout. The ocean views in the expansive open concept living space were ideal. The home itself is beautiful, spacious, and well equipped with all you need! There is ample storage and spacious rooms. There is also amazing artwork by the owner throughout. There are wonderful outdoor spaces as well - a large front deck looking out at the ocean, a back deck with a grill and table, a roof deck with chairs and a back yard! It truly made a Montauk vacation great - an ideal home away from home! We would not have to think twice about returning!

The ocean and its many moods viewed from the open concept living space never gets old. I just finished up a full gut renovation of the home. The home has many fine details and pieces of art from my body of work throughout.
