Sundial Resort & Spa: Luxury 1BR condo on Sanibel Island, steps to the beach!

Right on the beach with top floor ocean views! Enjoy sparkling ocean views from this relaxing coastal retreat, just steps from the beach. This large condo sleeps 4 and was fully renovated to include an expanded custom kitchen & luxury bathroom with huge walk-in shower. WiFi has been fully upgraded to make streaming and video a breeze. Guests will enjoy access to 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, and an in-unit clothing dryer. This Sanibel Island vacation rental is part of the luxurious Gulf-front Sundial Beach Resort & Spa. Our guests can access many of the resort's amenities, including the beach, community pool by your building (currently unavailable), tennis and pickleball courts, resort restaurants, Marketplace and spa.

POOL DAY PASSES AVAILABLE:

Discounted Sundial Resort day passes available on a first come, first serve basis for this rental listing ($25/day adults, $15/day kids) with valid proof of rental booking. No advanced reservations accepted. Availability of these day passes is not guaranteed as advance sale day passes can sell out. Renters can present each morning at 9am to the Sundial Resort recreation booth located by the main pool to check availability and purchase day passes.

If you wish to make advance reservations for access to the Sundial Resort pool and other amenities (including pickleball and tennis), you can purchase advance Daycation tickets directly through the Sundial Resort phone number and website.

On-Site Restaurants & Marketplace:
Turtle's Tiki Bar & Grille, Shima Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar, Beach Bites, Marketplace, and Captain's Catch are open to all rental guests.

Our Sundial rentals are privately owned, so guests will not have access to all Sundial amenities.
The community pool is currently closed for renovation - guests can access the Sundial resort pool by purchasing day passes (see above)
Parking is available for one car (all trailers, motorhomes, recreational vehicles, and the like are prohibited)
Pets are not permitted at any time
Smoking is not permitted in units or on the lanai, only in designated smoking areas

This unit was stunning with all the little touches that make your stay more comfortable and easy to adjust to. Close to the beach, nice pool, lanai is gorgeous. Host was so responsive.

The property was in a great location with views of the pool and beach. The unit was meticulous and beautifully appointed. The host, Becky, thought of everything one might need for a pleasant stay from a well stocked kitchen to beach chairs. Becky was quick to respond to texts and calls and offered many suggestions for getting around the island. If we come back to Sanibel, we would definitely rent this place again and would definitely recommend it to others.

My sisters and I were amazed on how beautiful condo was. when they looked around the condo all they can say "Wow how beautiful it was" and our host Rebecca was WONDERFUL, so very helpful and responded right away with any questions and she also had someone come right away to unlock our door that we accidentally locked the keys in the condo."OOPs". Thank you guys for a wonderfu trip.

Beautiful Condo!!

The condo is absolutely beautiful!! Very comfortable furnishings and lovely decor. The king size bed gave a great nights rest. It was quiet and relaxing. The screened porch had a lovely view of the pool. It was closed for repairs but should open soon. You can buy day passes at the Sundial Resort in the mean time. The owner was very gracious and we hope to return soon.

Our condo is located at the award-winning Sundial Resort and Spa that offers incredible amenities including 3 restaurants, pickleball, tennis, kids activities, and a Marketplace with Starbucks coffee, gifts, and groceries.

Sundial G406 was completely renovated in 2025 and includes a custom expanded kitchen, large bath with walk-in shower and double vanity, and top of the line furnishings and coastal details throughout. This is one of the most luxury 1 bedroom condominiums you will find at Sundial and we can't wait to share it with you!
