We enjoyed our stay at this house! It was a perfect home for our needs, the check in process was easy and the house was exactly as we expected. At first we were given the wrong address but customer service noticed it before we arrived and promptly sent over the correct information. We will definitely be back

Beautiful home, spacious, clean, great location close to all Disney parks!

The week before our vacation I tried contact the number on my email confirmation and had a big scare. The number was wrong and I was told I was a victim of a scam and that I should contact VRBO. I then logged on to VRBO and found another number. After calling that number I was able to get the situation cleared. Other than that it is a beautiful home, spacious, comfortable, and clean; it felt like home. Great location! This home was close to all the Disney parks, restaurants, shopping centers, and gas stations. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very disappointed

The house was very run down and unclean. The baseboards of the house were layered with dust, the toilets were dirty, the bed sheets and hair in them, the bed was broken in one of the rooms. Ther was not enough bed linens and blankets to cover everyone. The towels were so sparse, had to go buy extras. We were not happy at all with the cleanliness of the house, or the overall experience. We have stayed at paradise palms for years now and this house by far was the absolute worst.

Updates to your home

I was really not happy that the place was not ready when we got there and when we got there housekeeping was still cleaning when we got there and was still cleaning even when we was in the home. Then before we checked out the pool man was there to clean. I just recommend that if you have a 5 bedroom house you should provide enough towels, wash clothes and garbage bags. Also your sectional set in the living room had a rip in the chair, also the lamp in the living room by the window is broken. It seems as housekeeping place a plant next to it to hold it up. The remote in the living room and the 1st bedroom downstairs are missing the backs to them. I know some thing a are just wear and tear. Just somethings need updated far as your comforters pillows and average size frying pan. Beside the little things place was very clean and smell good. I will go back again in stay again. Whatever I needed they made sure you get it in a timely matter.

Nice home for a family stay!

We stayed March 7-14th, 2018 in this townhome. It was well maintained and spacious. The rooms were large and beds were comfortable. We were disappointed that the pool in our unit was so cold that our kids didn't want to swim and even more disappointed that we didn't get to use the grill to make meals. (We could have paid to heat the pool and also paid for a propane tank, but at that cost, we felt at least the grill should have been included). We would have liked to see washcloths provided in bathrooms, more toilet paper and hand soaps (certainly not enough for 8 people for a week long stay). It would have been helpful if the owner provided instructions with remotes for TV and a channel guide for cable. The carpet seemed to be coming up in spots (the stairs and upper level) and was stained a little. This did not detract from the quality of our stay, but more aesthetic and may need to be addressed by the owner. We loved that the fridge had cold, filtered water so we could fill water bottles for days at Disney and the beach! The unit had a nice grassy area behind it where our kids ran around and played. The community pool area was beautiful; we would have used it much more if the weather had been warmer! That being said, the washer and dryer were a bonus as we had to wash warmer clothes with the chillly temps. The location was perfect, close to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and Disney! We would stay here again!

Home was nice and clean

However, there were a few things broken that we reported immediately. They could really update the furniture in the living room area and could also repaint. The pool is very small but overall we had a great stay.

It’s a good place to stay

Overall very happy with the property for what we paid. I would like to mention that the pool was a tad dirty so we only used it once and the thermostat being kept at 73 is a bit too warm for our liking. However - overall we would stay there again.

Love Paradise Palms

Easy to book. Accurate description of property. Code was not correct to get into property but was quickly addressed and we were in quickly but at 1am with small kids that was annoying. Sheets in 2 bedrooms were still wet when they were put back on beds so we had to dry them before going to bed. They offered to have someone come bring fresh dry linen whem I called in the morning but I already lost sleep and fixed it myself. Closet door was not hung on track which was fixed the very next day. I would definitely stay here again!!!!!! Love proximity to the community pool.
