Take a 3D tour

This stunning second story unit offers breathtaking Bayfront views and a peaceful place to rest your head at night. Featuring three (3) bedrooms - two with queen size beds and one with a king size bed, this unit can accommodate up to six (6) guests.

The fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area boast panoramic water views, making every meal a scenic experience.

The unit includes two (2) full bathrooms: one (1) shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and the primary bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower.

Additional conveniences include one designated parking space in a private garage and access to shared laundry facilities.

Dip your toes into the bay just steps outside your front door, or take a quick walk across the street to enjoy a relaxing afternoon at the beach.

Whether you're looking for a peaceful escape or a prime location to enjoy the sites and sounds of Newport Harbor, this Bayfront unit is the perfect choice.

**Usage of dock is not allowed**

**Access to unit includes stairs, may not be suitable for everyone**

**Must be 25 years of age to reserve, proof of ID required before check-in**

**Please note there are 3 units at this property, you would be renting the second floor unit only. There are other residents in the first and third floor units.

**Front Patio and BBQ is a shared space with residents in the other units on the property

Upon completion of reservation guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement, agreeing to White Sail Realty's Rules & Regulations.

Really nice house and really serve our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the quietness of the neighborhood away from the busy fun zone area. Short walk to the beach just a couple blocks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay exceeded our expectations. It was the location of the rental that made it such a great trip!. The property managers we talked to were always helpful. The property was clean and provided the space for the 6 of us we needed. It could use a little updating but it was still more than adequate. We rented a kayak, brought our bikes, and the kids loved going down to the Fun Zone. We rented a beach dingy one night and walked to the ocean beach every day too. Lots of things to do and the location of this property made it such a memorable trip. We would recommend and plan to rent again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were given the incorrect entry code. Had we not accidentally met an employee who had the code, we would have waited for hours because the agent’s phone was off. The agent was very apologetic.The setting is lovely but the interior is shabby. While clean, there were cockroaches.which the realtor said would be exterminated. The hot water heater broke and we could not shower. The agency refunded a portion of the rent to compensate us for the difficulties we experienced. Until the interior’s furnishings and appliances are improved , we would not recommend this rental which, given its condition is overpriced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience with WhiteSail was overall positive. What we didn’t appreciate was that the property was only stalked with a few essential items that should come with a home rental . For instance, we had to keep going back to various local stores to pick up cleaning supplies, things like trash bags, laundry soap, dishwasher soap. Yes, they gave us a few bags to start with, but when a family of six are using a kitchen, there should be enough trash bags available every day in order to keep your place clean and tidy. When you rent a home, these things should be included for the entire stay not just a few bags or dishwasher pellets to start. The time it took to drive or bike ride to find the local stores & shop for these items took time out of our vacation. In addition, some other things were missing like there were no bath mats as you step out of the shower so we had to use one of the two hand towels that were provided to use on the floor to step out of the showers. There was no broom to sweep the floors with and no mop to clean the floor. Also there was not even one full length mirror anywhere in the home.
