The property could’ve been cleaner, besides that everything went very smoothly and we had an extremely pleasant day. We would definitely stay at this property again and thoroughly enjoyed every minute.

Everything was like it should be when I go on vacation I love peace relaxation and convenience and it was all that everyone around the area was super nice and everything I need was there an even had a shower outside so you can rinse the sand off very convenient for us and the kids before we went inside I will be coming back soon

We enjoyed our stay overall. The location was great! Balboa offers fun zone rides, games, and food options. Walking distance to all activities.The home is dated and has no A/C. In the summer the morning and nights are cool while the day warms up and so does the house. The kitchen was supplied well and that was great. The home has a pool table which is a fun addition as well as games to enjoy.If traveling to Balboa this place may suit your needs. :)

The house was great for our group of 7 (adults and children). The proximity to the beach was wonderful, and we were able to easily walk to the Balboa Fun Zone in the evenings. Having 3 bathrooms was great for a large group, and the outdoor shower came in handy after a day at the beach. The garage parking was super convenient. There were some small cosmetic items in the house, but we took photos to ensure they were documented upon our arrival so we wouldn't be penalized per the rental agreement paperwork. The windows were a bit hard to open and close, but we made it work. There were plenty of fans in the house to help with cooling down since there is no A/C. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The highlights of this property were the location, the garage & the pool table (which isn't great). So that should give you some indication of our experience. Virtually everything in this rental needs to be updated/upgraded. We made the most of it, but won't be staying here again. The property needs a deep thorough cleaning & no, we would NOT recommend this property to a friend or relative.

The family and I had an amazing time at this rental! The rental is clean and well maintained with ample parking for 2 vehicles. Also, this property is within walking distance to both the beach, restaurants, and the board walk. Highly recommend this rental to any one looking for an amazing vacation in sunny California.

Newport Beach vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The main living quarters and master bedroom was upstairs. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable. We were on a main drag so leaving the windows open was extremely noisy. The place was definitely rundown and needed some updates. The pool table was fun but they didn’t have a rack for the cube balls. The screen door on the balcony is extremely difficult to open and close with it being off of the hinges. Walking through the garage into the house your feet turned black because it was so dirty. Just having a small AC unit in the master bedroom would’ve made a big difference.

Great location and property

Easy to get in and communication was great. Only thing was the contact phone number on the info sheet in the unit was not in service. Needs to be updated to match the text communication number. That's why 4 starts instead of 5 for communication - but other than that all 5 stars!

The cutest little beach house in the best little spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our time at ‘Seas the fun’ in Balboa! Best part about our stay, the location. Located right next to the fun zone, ferry and the pier, you are right in the action of everything. You don’t have to fight for parking, you can just explore and have fun. As a mama to 5, this was such a perk as we could literally walk everywhere! The house was clean and as my teen daughter said ‘has the most comfiest beds she’s ever slept in’. Lots of towels, shampoo, sand toys and a boggy board too! I loved being able to hang out on the porch in the morning and the balcony at night.Another wonderful thing about this place is the awesome host. I had some issues with my bank releasing funds prior to our stay and Ryan at White Sails (the host) was so accommodating and patient with me as I worked through it all with my bank. Then upon arrival, I had quick question I asked via text and Chris (the owner of White Sails) came over himself to welcome us and answer all questions. We felt extremely welcomed and cared from the very start of our trip. They were very responsive the rest of our stay as well and extremely easy to get ahold of if we needed them. The care we received from white sails was top notch and they are just all around a great team to work with.I cannot recommend this spot more to anyone looking to get away for a beach trip. We are a family of 7 and we slept very comfortably in this home. The pool table in living room was such a fun thing for my kids and we just loved everything about this house!
