We had a great stay! Property is right by the beach access and had everything we needed. It was really clean & cute and beds were super comfy. Hope to be back again before too long!If you want to rent a beach umbrella or canopy be sure to rent in the morning, as the company usually stops setting up by 11.

Kim is an outstanding host. Her communication was clear and thorough providing detailed information about the location, parking access to the beach and pool, as well as the Wi-Fi username and password which were prominently posted. She also included written instructions for the checkout process. Throughout our stay, Kim checked in with us before, during, and after our visit, making herself readily available for any questions or assistance. We truly felt welcomed and cared for.The property was impeccably, clean, beautifully appointed, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Kim thoughtfully provided a helpful binder, maps and pamphlets with recommendations for things to do in the area which we greatly appreciated.We would definitely choose to stay here again. I highly recommend this property. You are sure to have a wonderful experience.Pam

Oh my goodness! Talk about a bit of heaven on earth! Everything about this place is amazing! The space is adorable and has everything one needs to enjoy vacation, from wine glasses to towels to beach toys. The beach is right there and the grounds are so nicely kept! Perfect Beach Cottage

Great Location, very clean, updated decor, most amenities you need were there, easy to get to beach and to town. Owner very easy to communicate with before, during and after stay! All reviews were spot on and we would stay here again.

Great vacation

The owner had everything we needed in the condo. She was very nice and was a great communicator. Everything was exactly as advertised and was super clean. The beach was just a short walk away. I would absolutely stay here again.

I am enjoying life in Sarasota as a full time mom, part time pharmacist and property manager of our beach place. My favorite motto is " be the change you want to see in the world" it applies to so many things. I could never live without my family, a good dark roast coffee or the beach. We visit and use our beach place often, it is an extension of our home.

New to VRBO and Homeaway. After owning this unit for 9 years we are happy to reveal a complete renovation. We have taken all into consideration and bringing a new kitchen and bath along with new floors, paint and furnishings.
