The Space:

Sunlight pours through the open living areas as you unwind after a day at the parks, while the gentle hum of the resort surrounds you. Mornings begin with coffee in hand at the dining table, plans forming over shared breakfasts. The layout invites both together‑time and quiet retreats, giving every guest a place to relax and recharge.



Sleeping arrangements

- Downstairs primary bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom.

- Upstairs king bedroom with a king bed.

- Two queen bedrooms, each with a queen bed.

- Themed rooms featuring twin beds, a twin bunk and a trundle bed.

- Total of 9 beds across 6 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 13 guests.

The main living room offers ample seating and a large TV for movie nights or downtime between outings. A separate game room adds another gathering spot, stocked with games and a big screen TV, keeping all ages entertained indoors.

A spacious, fully equipped kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances invites you to prepare anything from quick snacks to family‑style meals. The adjacent dining table provides a welcoming place for shared breakfasts, lunches, or dinner conversations.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool with optional heating and a hot tub surrounded by comfortable outdoor furniture. A patio area includes a BBQ grill for casual meals, and additional seating lets you soak up the Florida sunshine. Resort access grants entry to a larger pool complex, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, sports courts, and picnic areas.



Family comforts

A crib and high chair are provided for little ones, and a washer and dryer make laundry simple. Bathroom essentials and fresh linens are supplied for every stay.



Resort & location

Located within the gated Windsor at Westside Resort in Kissimmee, the home is a short walk to the clubhouse and amenity center. Guests enjoy resort features such as a large pool, lazy river, water slides, splash pool, hot tub, sports courts, BBQ and picnic areas, plus an arcade, bar, and lounge in the clubhouse. Shopping, dining, and entertainment are nearby, and the property is within an easy drive of Disney World, Universal Studios, and other Orlando attractions.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities.



The Neighborhood:

An ultimate Family Resort near Disney and other World-Class Attractions. Windsor at Westside is an amazing and sought after community. Expect first-class amenities, some of the best in town! The property is just a couple minutes' walking distance to the clubhouse.



Including all the amenities that make resort-living superb, Windsor at Westside Resort will include a huge resort-style pool, a lazy river, water slides, a separate splash pool, a hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, BBQ & Picnic area, and, a huge clubhouse with arcades, Bar & Lounge, and more. In the immediate area outside the resort, you will find ample shopping, dining, and entertainment. And only a short drive further you’ll find all the attractions Orlando is known for, Disney being very near.



Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a Ring Camera by the front and back door.
