8 bedrooms (2 Downstairs/6 Upstairs) and 6 full bathrooms.

Themed bedrooms include a Harry Potter suite, Mickey & Minnie room and Star Wars room.
FULL Kitchen with all the chef's favorite tools (including electric griddle, electric roaster, electric skillet, tea kettle and electric kettle, blender, Keurig, traditional coffee pot, +)
Dining area that comfortably seats 14, 4 additional seats at kitchen island

Full size double laundry with 2 NEW washers & dryers, iron and ironing board

Pool Heat is available for an additional fee during booking process or can be added before stay. ($30 a night plus tax)
A Gas BBQ Grill is available for guests to use, with a request for guests to clean it after use.

Alarm system and exterior surveillance for guest safety.
Reservation is not confirmed until guest signs rental agreement with all guests names added and returns photo ID of main guest.

Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking to hold dates. Reservation will be cancelled if rental agreement is not signed within 48 hours of booking.
Policies:
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Rental agreement must be signed upon booking - rental agreement establishes all terms and conditions for condo rental
- Photo ID required upon booking
- A Security Deposit in the amount of $200 will be collected by our system prior to your stay
- Party size maximum of 16 (including infants) - this is an insurance, tourist permit, and fire code restriction
- COMMUNITY QUIET HOURS 11pm - 7am (strictly enforced)
- No 3rd party bookings
- No smoking or vaping of any kind

Despite the unforeseeable malfunction of the fridge during our time, we had a wonderful stay. The host was exceptional in her communication and accommodating whenever she could be. The home was spacious and comfortable for our group of 13. We had a great time in the pool and loved the sunset view with community lake and fountain.

We had a great time at the Sunset Magic Villa. Our kids loved the pool and the hot tub, all of the activities at the Clubhouse and the games area. The adults were impressed with the quantity and quality of kitchenware/furniture - all 15 of us could sit down for meals together - and we all loved the memories we made together. Thanks, Megan and Matt for all the extra touches that made our stay so special!

Family had an awesome time at this beautiful home. The kitchen was fully stocked. The check-in process was smooth. The owners were extremely helpful and were able to answer any questions in a timely manner. The property was gorgeous and laid out with everything. Two separate living room areas one upstairs and one downstairs was everything... The pool at the patio with the tv outside was a great feature as well....too many awesome features to mention.. will definitely stay there again..thanks for the memories and an unforgettable experience

Excellent property to stay at for a large family. Although we only had 4 adults on this trip, its more then enough space for at least 15 to 18 people. The kitchen was well stocked and there were enough games available to entertain kids. I would highly recommend this property for a family trip. We look forward to staying there again in the near future.

Fantastic family vacation

The property was exactly as advertised on online and more than enough for our family of 10 - the rooms were perfect for the kids, they were blown away! Megan was incredibly helpful in the lead up to our stay and was happy to answer all of our questions in advance (we had some food allergies in the group, so local recommendations are always very important to us). We had a fantastic stay all in the all, would definitely book again.

Great Vacation House with Room for Everyone

Had a wonderful stay at Magical Family Retreat. House is beautiful. Loved that it is in a court. Communication with owners was excellent. Loved their on-line instruction guide. Especially the You Tube video of instructions for the hot tub. Owners have thought of everything to make your stay fabulous!

Clean and Beautiful Vacation Home

This home has to be the cleanest and most prepared home we have stayed at in Orlando. We travel often to this area and many times end up renting homes that don’t look in person like what we saw and read online. This house is EXACTLY what you see in the pictures. The owner is also very easy to reach and attentive to any needs. We will always be grateful for the experience we had during our stay for our son’s graduation.

Family birthday reunion

Absolutely the perfect size, layout and location for our group. Grandparents enjoyed the 1st floor bedrooms as the kids and adults also enjoyed their own space upstairs. Everything was as pictured and the pool / spa was great. We would totally return!

Clean Spacious and close to everything

clean spacious and very family friendly neighborhood. Kitchen had everything you need for those that like to cook at home. Close to major supermarkets and food was a plus. Upstairs was a blast for the kids. Highly recommended

Great Fit for Our Family

The size and layout of this house worked out great for our family vacation. We are 6 adults and 5 children (2-12). The number and location of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect. The kitchen and dining area was well equipped, very roomy yet warm. We all enjoyed the pool and spa after long days at Disney and on our rest days. Would love to stay here again.

Great property

The house was just as advertised and we had plenty of space for our work strategic planning trip. Property was clean and fully functioning. We didn't get to fully enjoy all amenities since it was a work trip but we enjoyed our stay. Management was quick to respond to all questions and everything went smoothly.

Awesome home

Everything was perfect. We were a family of 16 with plenty of room for all. The home was stocked with plenty of dishes silverware and pans to handle all of us. Kids enjoyed the house pool and resort pool. Everyone had the best time. Would absolutely stay here again.

As homeschoolers we sought to give our children a wide breadth of experiences in different cultures, climates and experiences, but we always come back to Disney as our happy place. During 2020 we decided to "double down" on our love for Disney and Orlando by purchasing a home that met our needs to share with others.
