The Space:
This is a newly remodeled unit, top floor with STUNNING VIEWS!

You can see the beach, waves crashing, and the pier when you enter the front door. Huge views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony and master bedroom. Roof Top Deck also has 360 degree views!

Tastefully decorated in a beach theme, the living room and dining room have vaulted ceilings and lots of windows for natural light. The kitchen is open to the dining area and has views of the beach. The breakfast bar is open to the kitchen and dining area. A nice sized balcony with stunning views has a private BBQ. The large rooftop deck has VIEWS of the beach, La Jolla and Point Loma. There is a king suite with its own bathroom, a queen bedroom on the main level, and a queen room upstairs. There is also a pullout sofa in the living room. The living room has a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. The rooftop deck has 360 degree views of the beach, the local hills, and the Sea World tower.

Step outside and you are at the beach, less than a minute walk!! Have a bonfire on the beach just steps away from the building. Perfect location for boogie boarding, swimming, and next to the surf zone. Amazing tidepools right at the beach under the pier.

Once you park the car there is no need to drive anywhere, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping. This unit comes with a 2 car tandem parking space.

This location is perfect for walking to the main street "Newport Ave" it's a 2 min walk to restaurants, bars and shopping, the famous Ocean Beach Pier, and tide pools.

You can watch the pelicans fly by, waves crash on the beach, and stunning sunsets all from the unit or the few steps to the beach.

The unit has everything you need for your vacation including boogie boards, beach towels, and beach chairs, sand toys and a beach umbrella.

Surf board and bike rentals nearby, Bird scooters are usually right out front for rent.

The entire unit is the guests, including the kitchen and private BBQ on the balcony.
There is a 2 car tandem parking space and street parking.

Getting Around:
You can't beat this location! Step out the front door and you are at the beach! 2 minute walk to the famous Ocean Beach Pier and Newport Ave our "Main St" with all the restaurants, bars and shopping.

5 minute drive to Sunset Cliffs Natural Park, 5 minutes to Sea World and 10-15 min to the Zoo, Downtown San Diego, the Convention Center, Petco Park.

Close to all San Diego has to offer!

Other Things to Note:
- Pets ok with permission, and $150 + tax fee per pet. However, pets are required to be in a crate if left alone in unit • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
